Worst customer service I have ever received. The way they treat people trying to donate there belonging there is ridiculous. Dealt with a worker who had an attitude as soon as he say my belongings. Was not helpful in any way. I can't believe they treat people that are trying to help others like that. I understand why people do not donate their belonging anymore and leave anywhere.

Customer service is horrible!!!!! It takes 0 dollars to be courteous to someone. If you don't like your job then stay at home.

Just today they have a new manager name Nicole who use to be a worker there O Mi she was very rude and nasty she claimed that the prices that are on the clothes are not the price??? I think that’s very unfair to change the price when at the counter stating it was priced wrong for me I could deal with the pricing but not her nasty attitude it definitely needs to be checked

Super expensive these days. Employees need better communication skills, one lady was so rude, had no manners. She was reaching over us, bumping into us and never said excuse me. Def won’t be back here!

My honest review: This store was good, clean and organized but I think it has lots of spaces that need to be filled. The positive side is it's better than one in Riverside, California near Galleria at Tyler Mall.

The chick with bright orange hair named Livi was extremely rude at check out. When we got to the counter, she dropped a dress on the floor and kicked it. Red flag #1.Then, I wanted to double-check the price for an item. She pushed the bag towards me and said, "The price is right there you can see right through the bag." Um...ok, didn't need to be EXTRA about the response. Red flag #2. I would've purchased it but I asked her to take it off my list since she wanted to be so rude about it. Then, after we paid, she handed my husband the receipt with ZERO eye contact and called the next customer. No customer service what so ever. I don't care if you work at a thrift store, customer service goes a long way. A job is a job. Be proud of what you do and be kind to others. Will not be returning.

I know this is the main largest salvation army store, but my experience is whatever day I happened to go, and whatever time I happened to go, it's very annoying when several staff members, including the manager directing the workers, are busy moving all the furniture around. It seems to be such a waste of time because one day I will go and there will be several pieces at the front of the store, and the next couple days they're moving all those same pieces to the middle of the store. Then next time I go they're moving them to the side of the store, they move all the furniture around, blocking the pathway, you can't get a shopping cart through, because they're all there in the way moving furniture. I happen to be an elderly disabled person, with a cane, and I do not appreciate what is supposed to be an aisle blocked with either all of them in the way, or furniture being moved, blocking the aisle, so I have to go all the way around. And this happens all the time. It's like what, they don't have anything else better to do with their time except to redecorate the sales floor and move the same furniture around over and over again? Do they consider this marketing? Therefore I have omitted this thrift store from the list of thrift stores that I frequent.

I frequent Salvation Army thrift stores and never in my life have I seen one as ridiculous as this one. While, it's common for retail stores to donate overstock, sale items, etc to thrift stores it is not common for thrift stores to try to charge retail price?! I go to the Salvation Army in Perris alot for example and even if something is a name brand or still has tags they still honor the prices listed ($2.99 sleeveless shirt..and so on. There was nothing but Zara merch here for Zara prices (if not more) and it was honestly unsettling. If I wanted to shop at Zara today I would have.

I used to enjoy coming to this thrift store and have found some great stuff. I don't know when this changed happened but during my latest visit a couple of days ago I noticed most of the women's clothing was Zara products, NWT and not priced at the average thrift store prices. It's definitely at the fraction of cost than what you would pay at Zara but not what you would normally see at a thrift store for used donated items.Every now and again I would see some Zara stocked on the racks but now it's overtaken the store. This has become more of a Zara outlet.Once I noticed that almost every piece of clothing was Zara I left. So disappointing.

The person that priced the items was smoking crack. This whole store is now overpriced.

The women with bright colored red hair was very rude. I brought up a household good because it had the 29.99 tj max tag on it not the Salvation Army tag. She priced it at 9.99 ,it was really dirty. Literally had dirt on it everywhere. She hit herself with the item, so she was rude to me after that. I understand she hit herself and was flustered but I still deserve kindness. I also placed the item on the counter and she picked it up and hit herself, so I'm not sure why she was upset with me. I would just avoid checking out with her when you come to this store. Wait for anyone else.

Called yesterday and talked to a lady about dropping off some furniture. I told her the cabinet has some wear and tear and would they accept it. She said they will accept anything regardless of what it looks like. Today in the drop off line, the gentleman looked at the furniture and said they will only accept furniture that is new. You guys need to communicate and be on the same page. We made a unnecessary trip.

I left this place feeling discriminated against, pushed around and over all discontent at how we were treated. And it's not the first time I left feeling this way from this place. If you have to go here beware.
