They had more people on the floor than cashiers. Cashiers total : 1. It’s really a bummer when more than 7 people are in a line to purchase and they have to wait over 15min to do so.

One of the products was showed as 15 but when we checked out it was shown as 30. This wasn’t our fault seen as there was multiple of the product set up properly. There could always be possibilities but it’s not too bad at least we got what we wanted. The staff were very sweet!

Very busy, the way the store is setup is a little odd. It was very hard to maneuver my stroller in there and as I finally managed to make my way to the perfume wall I seen spilled liquid on the floor and one of the workers started cleaning it, and after she cleaned it and I seen it was dry the lady said “be careful it’s wet.” I literally looked at it and it was completely dry & she was just standing there blocking the perfume that I wanted to buy so i decided to leave. It was an odd experience

Nice place to bring my ladies (wife and daughter). They had inventory and the needed selection for day to day applications. Friendly staff willing to help. Excellent location versus the typical mall-based Sephora shops

Had a an amazing experience today. Amber your associate was extremely helpful and friendly. Most importantly she was knowledgeable on the skin care products that me and my mom bought. Thanks Amber!

I was there this morning and Kati helped me match the perfect eye brow pencil from Benefit(perfect hair like strokes) and a cream for my brows that she was wearing that looked so pretty, gave a laminated look. She shared her expertise and showed me how to apply it! Thank you for your help today ?

Always go to Ulta, but this time I wanted to try Sephora. Walked in and nothing but employees standing around talking to each other and not one of them came up to me to ask if I needed help. Spent 15 minutes in there looking for something and I couldn't find it. I can't believe they get paid to do nothing. Back to ulta

Thank you, thank you, thank you Mia M. from Sephora Victoria Gardens, you are amazing! It was crazy busy at the mall the night before Christmas Eve and she was so helpful. I had 52 things on my list maybe more and she helped me find every single one of them. I would’ve been here for a week trying to figure out where everything is but she stopped what she was doing, and took the time to find each and every item that I needed. Thank you so much. I’m so grateful for your help.

I have to give a shout out to Adrianna. She was so understanding and patient with multiple returns and purchases I was making. I felt bad putting her thru all the transactions, which took a length of time, yet her voice and demeanor stayed so pleasant and calm.
