Always go to Ulta, but this time I wanted to try Sephora. Walked in and nothing but employees standing around talking to each other and not one of them came up to me to ask if I needed help. Spent 15 minutes in there looking for something and I couldn't find it. I can't believe they get paid to do nothing. Back to ulta

Thank you, thank you, thank you Mia M. from Sephora Victoria Gardens, you are amazing! It was crazy busy at the mall the night before Christmas Eve and she was so helpful. I had 52 things on my list maybe more and she helped me find every single one of them. I would’ve been here for a week trying to figure out where everything is but she stopped what she was doing, and took the time to find each and every item that I needed. Thank you so much. I’m so grateful for your help.

I have to give a shout out to Adrianna. She was so understanding and patient with multiple returns and purchases I was making. I felt bad putting her thru all the transactions, which took a length of time, yet her voice and demeanor stayed so pleasant and calm. Customer service was awesomely provided by jacqueline. Yesterday I needed a shade match and she was amazing. She was extremely attentive and patient!! Her personality really stuck out to me and hopefully she's there the next time I go!

I was in the store today 11/5/23 just before noon. I was looking for Hourglass No28 serum. There wasn't any on the shelf, so I opened the bottom drawer to see if there was any in there. This extremely rude product rep walks over as I put my hand in the drawer and puts her foot on the drawer and started closing the drawer with her FOOT while my hand is in there. The product rep has tattoo ( something written) across her collarbone, didn't get her name . Hopefully management knows who she is. I hope this isn't a regular behavior that Sephora allows or Hourglass if that's who she works for.

This one girl cherry i think her name was, she was just so nice like she was so good with conversation she was so good with recommending curly hair products, and she was just so nice in general. She had the perfect vibe and just was the perfect person to be working there. I really appreciated her service

My visit to this store was marked by an astonishing lack of customer service and professionalism. I left utterly disappointed once again. It was disheartening to see employees walking by, seemingly oblivious to the fact that customers were waiting to be assisted. The blatant disregard for customers' time and presence was deeply concerning. After what felt like an eternity, we finally managed to grab the attention of an employee. They assured us that they would find someone to help us and left us waiting once again. The most frustrating part was that despite their promise, there was absolutely no follow-up or communication regarding the help we were told would arrive. This experience left me questioning the commitment of Sephora to its customers. The lack of accountability, poor communication, and disregard for customers' time were beyond disappointing. As someone who values quality service and has consistently chosen Sephora for my beauty needs, this visit has certainly tarnished my perception of the brand.

I had the most amazing experience at this location being served by Elizabeth. She helped me find a whole set of makeup for a VERY special event and taught me how to use everything. She also knew so much about the brand I ended up going with. I honestly have never felt so confident putting on my own make up. Thank you SO much Elizabeth for giving me all the tools to recreate the the exact look I wanted ?

Will never come back here again I came in to restock for my makeup kit and shop around I was with my husband and child two ladies kept asking me if I needed any help and i repeatedly said no thank you very nicely and they kept staring at me non stop and asking over and over I almost said I'm a mua im good if I need help I would ask they just non stop stalked me through the store I bought my couple products and left I didn't even have a purse or pockets to steal and they were treating as if I would I felt super uncomfortable I will never shop here again it's just uncomfortable and seeing past reviews I'm guessing it happens a lot here and it's not cool! Management needs to be changed and staff need a reality check!
