I've been into the sleep number before, it's really like a dealership for mattresses. Of course it has always been in the back of my mind that "the next mattress I buy will be a sleep number". You get to try out the mattress and pick your number. Pretty good idea for when you share a bed. I do not remember who I was helped by way back when; but it finally became the time to buy a new mattress. So in the height of 2020 I decided to purchase a mattress...I couldn't have picked a better time as this was one of the very few sales they had...and from my recollection, of trying their mattress for about 5-10 minutes in store years before 2020, I decided to bite the bullet...well, that was a big mistake. I regretted the purchase I made from the moment they set it up....what was I expecting...well I'll tell you I wasn't expecting a glorified air mattress. The air mattress reared its ugly head a year later when the "chamber" popped. Once I called to have it replaced I was met with a fee to replace said chamber--it was somewhere in the hundreds, but another fee to be met with after purchasing a mattress worth in the thousands. The cost does not justify the pain it was having the mattress. And I literally mean pain...of course the mattress comes with a try it and see how it feels. In all honesty how are you going to try a mattress and know how it feels in less than 100 days. Never had an issue with sales but rather the product. All bodies are not equal and if you are considering this as a mattress I'd think twice.

Went in to get the 411 on Sleep Number Beds. My friend has one and swears by it. Mathew approached my wife and I and quickly showed us the different models and had us try them. He completely educated us and answered all our questions. We wound up buying an I8 mattress and get delivery in three weeks. I'll update in about a month or so as to the performance.

If you're in the market for a new bed and you want that really good deep quality , saliva coming out of your open mouth sleep, don't cheap out on your bed. Spend your hard earned $$ on a good quality bed like the sleep number or whatever quality brand you like. I really thought nah it can't be that good, but booooyy was I wrong and I couldn't be more happier to be proven wrong ?. When you come to the sleep number in Victoria Gardens look for Matthew Livingston, he was so helpful and courteous and he knows his sleep number beds. You know when a person knows what they're talking about when he can answer your every single question without hesitation. Matt is that guy ?I highly recommend you guys check this place out if you're in the market for a sleep number ?

This was our 2nd visit to the Sleep Number store located in the Victoria Gardens outdoor Mall in Rancho Cucamonga, CA.As a testament to the product, we now own 3 Sleep number beds (2 queen & 1 king) since 2019.Our son who is disabled, also owns a Sleep number bed which helps him tremendously.The product speaks for its self and Taylor, the store manager is to be commended!!! During each of our visits to this specific store, he has been a wealth of information & knowledge!!! He is truly patient & committed to helping anyone find the perfect mattress for their specific needs. The product warranty alone is beyond exceptional & their customer loyalty is beyond impressive.We highly recommend not only the Sleep Number product but we also commend this company for their dedicated staff & loyalty to their customers.

The sales rep Jenice was not very helpful. She was short and seemed bothered with my questions regarding my purchase. I love the pillow and that's the only reason I still purchased it again. Next time will definitely go to another rep for help!

Latest update, we decided to return the mattress and get another vendors mattress. We called to find out the process to return and we're now told we can not return the mattress. My wife has been on the phone with customer service for over an hour. I am going to bring the mattress back to the store on the 4th and wait for my refund so I can go and pick up my purple mattress, which will work on the adjustable frame which I was told is not returnable. Stay away from this place, sales are just trying to get a sale. Seems like they need to update their sales training to be more customer focused. This is the place I would avoid at all costs, poor sales, poor customer service.

So disappointed with sleep number, I went in last October ti buy a bed since a family friend referred us after trying her bed. We went in and gave the associate the name and information of the person in order for them to receive their referral certificate. This week, we found out that their information was not put in the system and they didn't received the certificate. Customer Service was no help at all as well as the store. FYI they only have a 6 month grace period tp add a referral. This was not our fault and we received no help at all. Very upsetting

Don't be fooled by the insincere response. No one on the leadership team cares or bothers to inquire about the problem. They're just trying to placate the public by pretending someone there cares. Spend your money elsewhere. Local team should be ashamed

First of all I don't leave reviews very often but I had to. I purchased a bed from Taylor the manager. When I was shopping he was very helpful and eager to help. The bed is fine no issue so far but my issue is with his attitude after the sale when a few key details were not true. He straight up lied to my face about how the reward points work. He told me they are dollar for point value meaning reach 200 points and you can get $200 worth of extras, in my case the pillows I wanted. I did not want to enroll in the circle program or whatever it's called but he told me you complete a few quick tasks and you will earn points rather easily and redeem them for pillows. I didn't want to enroll because I knew I would get bombarded with emails like I am now but for free $200 pillows I said ok. So I go into the store to get my pillows with my points and there are two people there a woman and a man both not Taylor. The man began saying what I'm saying and was explaining it how Taylor did and that's when this other really nice woman jumped in to correct him to say that's not how it works and that 200 points really gets nothing. They then started to speak amongst themselves about how it used to be this way or something like that. She explained to me that everything Taylor told me was wrong. I told her to have Taylor call me I assumed he would and would take care of it since he is the manager and he lied to me and more evidence of this is that a member of the staff that he trained also told me this when I returned. I told her I was going to leave a review she told me it's not Taylor's store and that all employees including her would be harmed by my negative review and that I should wait to hear from Taylor. Almost 2 weeks goes by and I didn't get a call so I stopped by again as I was next door getting a haircut. She was shocked he didn't call me yet so I waited again and still didn't leave a review. Then a couple days later he calls and denied everything essentially calling me a liar or in his words " I made up some of the details" same thing. He said it doesn't work that way and that completed a weeks worth of tasks and about 75 unsolicited emails from them that I do not get pillows with my points. He's just a hood salesperson and has a golden tongue when making the sale then turns into a different person once the order has been delivered. Typical commission based sales staff that BSs you to buy, then they don't care. I called customer service and that was a joke. I feel the only way is to voice my opinion on every social media site to share my experience to get these guys to shape up. I mean we are talking about $69 retail pillows to destroy a potential lifetime customer but hey I know they don't need me I'm just a drop of water in the ocean so nothing will change but if can save one person from going through what I did it will all have been worth it. Next stop Google review Then BBB Then Facebook Instagram or wherever they advertise
