Place is ok. You check in at a table ,as soon as you walk in the store. You name is called according to sign in order, so if you don't sign in , you have to wait , if you miss the sign in table. Sometimes people block the sign saying to sign in. ???

After reading all the poor reviews of this location I was a bit nervous about going in, but it was actually fine. Let's face it, going to any of these types of services is like going to the DMV. There will be lines, and there will probably be more angry people than there are happy ones. I needed to turn in my TV boxes and a phone modem as I downsize my home. I showed up with my 3 old boxes and phone modem PLUS the 3 new boxes they recently shipped to me. A nice man named Isaiah helped me carry the awkwardly large box and fulfilled my service request quickly and politely when it was my turn.I rated 4 stars rather than 5 due to the check-in process and the wait times. I wasn't surprised there was a wait (20min for me and 15min to fulfill my account changes), but if you want 5 stars we gotta knock that down. Also, the check-in kiosk is quirky. Don't waste your time with the QR code nonsense...just check in and type in your name.Lastly, cut these guys some slack. They're here to help you and from what I experienced, they were doing their job the best they can.

An amazing employee at Spectrum saved the day! I was getting frustrated in dealing with slow internet speed. I couldn't fix it myself, and I had trouble getting past the automated "service" at Spectrum. Once Sequyah took over, all my problems were solved! I truly appreciate his patience when working with me, a senior citizen with a limited grasp of technology. He took the time to walk me through the steps, explaining thoroughly what we were doing, and fully answering all of my questions. Sequyah's efficiency, coupled with his kindness, make him an exemplary image of what all internet businesses should strive for.

Very rarely do I get good service here. The previous times included long waits and lack luster service. Like I am a bother. Service sucks for the cable system, too. 1980s technology and 2025 pricing. Had to have the box to watch the Dodgers. Now the season is over, it's out of here. No need. Came.in today to return, since you don't get a prorate you need to cancel last day of the month or be forced to pay another day. Walked in to find out even there internet is down. Nice to know it's not just mine as Spectrum is the only option where I live. Gotta go back tomorrow. Ridiculous. Can't even get rid of this junk.

I went on the Spectrum app to upgrade my Internet speed. App clearly states a +$20 / month up charge so I order it. I received a confirmation email with a +$40 / month charge. I jump on a chat with Spectrum and they state that the $40 is correct and sorry for the misunderstanding. There is no misunderstanding, the app is clear. So I cancelled the upgrade.

Spectrum had no problem screwing a middle class family. I made a payment over the phone and it was supposed to be for $104 and the worker accidentally charged for $200 and they said sorry we don't know how we can get you your money back. Even though the worker apologized profusely for making the mistake. But they're a big company and I am nobody so I'll pay the extra $100. And never hear a thing from Spectrum to make it right. They just got richer and don't actually care about their customers.

If I could give zero stars I would. Poor cable and internet service - they force you to get a landline otherwise they charge ridiculous amounts for their service which SUCKS! We moved out of state and called to cancel 1 day after my billing cycle closed - they are trying to charge me over $185 for one day of service - plus the $329 for equipment I returned. Called to get an adjustment- "we don't do that because we are a monthly service company and changed to that in 2019". I was going to pay a reasonable amount but not anymore - I will pay them $1 a month - it'll take them over 15 years to collect their balance

Really happy with the service at the Rancho location. Just popped in to return a modem. Quick friendly service and I was on my way out the door with a receipt in under five minutes. Spectrum upgraded the internet at our home and it works as perfectly as always, but now it's even faster.

I can't believe the pricing for substandard service. I would not have this ISP if there was any other option in the area.

I called Spectrum to get rid of cable and after a couple hours on the phone they had talked me into switching my phones over. After realizing it wasn’t the money saving change they claimed, I went to this store so I could change them back to Verizon. I took the SIM cards they had sent for my other lines to be switched and explained I was already having data issues with the first line and didn’t want to keep them at my provider or change over the other lines on my plan.She told me to throw them away, as the lines hadn’t been switched over, and that mine would end when I switched my line back to my Verizon family plan.Because I have no other choice for an internet provider in my area, I am used to seeing spectrum take money out of my account and didn’t realize they were also taking money every month for my inactive lines. By the time I realized it and made that really long, non-productive call to spectrum again, they said they couldn’t refund me the money because it had been over a year. After multiple transfers, they agreed to return two months of fees for the uninitiated lines, because they could only go back 60 days. Even though they stole from me for a year. Then they refunded me for ONE month. What a nightmare company. Professional scam artists. Yet I am stuck with them forInternet, here in Rancho Cucamonga. Terrible.

Save your time and find another store. Minimum 1 hour wait even if the queue is small. The employees are interested in chit chatting rather than helping the people waiting.

Spectrum sucks. Everyday between 11:30-2:30 the internet is unstable and it cuts out constantly. The only reason that I gave 3 stars is because customer service gave us a new internet box twice, but it's still sucks. It should not be like this in this day and age. Fix your spotty internet!

Got quick and easy service today at lunch time. There was only one other customer inside the rancho location today early afternoon. I added their new wifi 6e router to my account and let me tell you it makes a significant difference in my house. Getting over 500mbps down wirelessly and 20mbps upload speeds on their internet ultra package. Upgraded my ring cam too. Very happy with my internet only service. Thanks again for your help today. I know you have to deal with many salty characters who are impatient.
