Terrible service, chicken took 45 min when rep said 30, didn't bother to apologize and gave me total attitude. I will never go to that market again just because of this employee.

this store is beyond unrepairable. the management has been fraud and so targeting towards many different workers. when i worked there it was decent for the first half of the year; then it all fell to the floor once we gained scott and jazmine. they promote the wrong workers and expect the good ones to still outperform them. the ambiance of the store is far below what is expected from the workers and customers. the attitude management has which then leads towards the checkers is unimaginable. never in the years i worked for this company would i have thought id feel so unappreciated. this store is by far the worst for customer service wise. but the food is okay. if i could rate this store a 0 i would but i can't so they get 1 star.

Great store, great staff. My issue is with the meat department, in particular one guy. We always ask for the meat a certain way, never have any problems until he is the one behind the counter. It's always a different excuse. He has horrible customer service .

Attention management at the Daycreek store: I am beyond upset and disappointed with the store at daycreek, which I have been a consistent customer of upon opening. On Monday morning I went in for a few items. I noticed the clerk Maria, which appeared to be off duty, was in the store with her dog! When I approached the checkout, I noticed her by the clerk with her dog. She appeared to be in tears and hanging on the poor clerk. As I was being checked out I observed her odd behavior, loud slurred speech, and her choice of conversation leads me to believe she was intoxicated! It was not a good look! It was rather shocking actually, especially since I always see these morning clerks. Kudos to the clerk for doing her best to stay professional in such an awkward situation. This weekend I went back and I noticed a lady with her dog in the cart while shopping. This is extremely unsanitary! This is where kids sit and we put our groceries. This is all infuriating due to the fact that over the last few years, I have had two different managers ask me for proof that my dogs are guide dogs. My dogs are not! Therefore, they are not allowed in the store. To see two dogs in the store in this week alone (neither dog with a vest stating that they are guide dogs), along with this behavior of an off duty employee with her dog was where I finally had to bring this to management and higher ups attention. It appears there are double standards in play here. Do better!!! -Disappointed Customer

This place is a really nice stater brothers for the Morning shift. Extremely helpful nice decor really organized. The evening crew is great as well until you get to the MEAT DEPARTMENT. Gosh they are awful with one man named (). Who will say "Hey I gave you a discount make sure you go to the front and let them know I'm a good employee put a good word in" 1st. There is no discount secondly how unprofessional. This is the same employee who consistently is rude and unhelpful on most occasions unless looking for redemption. There's also () every time o get meat packed I get raw meat all over the front package and it doesn't even look like he is using gloves. When asked he then says " I washed my hands and I have it grabbed with plastic" (staters) I saved this review in hopes to get names of employees honestly but one of them consistently has his name tag flipped I'm sure the staff will know! Address this .

Peyton in produce was very friendly and helpful in directing me to what aisles to look for groceries I was having difficulty finding.

I actually stopped in to get a money order that was due that day for a certificate renewal and Stater Bros. was the 3rd place I tried in one hour. There's one aisle where they process money orders and when I went that register was closed to regular customers so I was in and out of there in under 10 minutes. For some reason, 7-11, Walmart and CVS had issues with processing money orders and State Bros. I had no issues!

I had an issue with some chicken I bought and had to come back to return it. It smelled bad only a day after purchase. Luckily, I was helped by the manager Elijah. He reassured me it was no problem at all to replace my purchase. He was so helpful and his customer service skills were top notch. Thank you Elijah for correcting the issue & going above and beyond to make up for the bad experience.

I have only been shopping at this Stater Bros. Location for a little over a year now. The produce department was never up to par and there was something always missing or something I couldn't find and I would have to shop elsewhere. I went to the day creek location recently for my weekly shopping and I noticed such a big difference right away. Whoever is running the produce department now, you have made a great impact on how good the store looks.

I love Stater Bros, however, their drive up orders are always inconsistent. Today was the worst waiting for my order. It's supposed to be easy and fast instead I Drove up, called the store with my spot number and wait wait wait. It's just not worth it. Since I've been disabled, doing drive ups have been easier and convenient for me. This is the last time I do a drive up at this location. Waited almost 30 minutes and had to call the store twice to finally get someone to bring out my order. Management needs to make some changes to their drive up system and get it together. Never again wasting my time here. Good luck!

So today I went again my second review on yelp to buy my grocery's and the cashier that was helping me was not nice at all no smile no how are you no nothing like she didn't like her job I asked her if I could purchase my mega lottery tickets using my credit card knowing already that they always accept my credit card at this location but because I know she always says no to me because one time I asked her to help me create an account for the digital deals and she said no but again she helped the customer in front of me to create and account for her. long story short I told her okay I know every other cashier lets me do it I'll go and ask them as I was leaving the store with no lottery tickets they all said yes I could pay with my credit card for lottery she comes over as there telling her she's wrong they told her management at this location allows it but she was not okay with it when I see her she is not friendly at all been shopping here for 5 years now . Her name is Deanna .management might consider getting rid of employees that are rude and by the way Manager Mellissa P was the one that ended Helping me creating an account for digital deal she's a keeper Melissa is so nice just as William the employee that packs the bags both of them deserve a raise . Sweetest employees I ever met ...

The isles are always clean and organized. The prices are always reasonable and have great Sales especially when there are holidays. Kimberlene is wonderful. She gives the checkout line an awesome vibe she gets you out of there quickly but of course not without her A+ Customer Service. Everyone Employee that I have met there is always working hard. Fruit area is clean and the fruit is delicious . Definitely recommended .

Best selection for liquor especially the fact that they carry beatbox beverages like come on even look at the display that they have for it! Always freshly stocked and amazing service I always come here because it has a wide selection for snacks etc. especially the fact that they have the new Hard tea!!!

Nick M. In the meat department was extremely rude. I stood there waiting and he never looked at me. Finally I said "excuse me" and he said "wait". Eventually he turned toward me and I asked for bone in pork chops not the boneless. His response was "they all have bones" and I pointed out that the boneless were next to the chops I wanted. He then weighed the chops, wrapped them in paper and slapped them on the counter and left without a word. Otherwise everyone else was helpful and friendly.
