My wife and I went in to compare pricing a few days ago. The facility was very clean and well kept but a little too expensive for what is offered in terms of security. Karen was very pleasant and answered all of the questions we had. Will definitely keep Prime in mind if we see any specials in the near future.

Happy 4th of July to all Melissa and Karen at prime storage Rancho Cucamonga . I really appreciate the way the customer service has changed but also I can't stand the new owners. Terrible customer service on the main line. When you talk to someone. For instance, when I made the report that I slipped and fell in the warehouse, the lady said. I'll have someone call you back. It's been pretty much 2 years still. Haven't gotten a phone call. The owner whoever owns these locations is horrible. I would never recommend anyone to go there. Now let's get to the good part. The best part I like about that is Melissa and Karen very nice, very courteous. Helpful, if you ask them a question. They try to get you the answer immediately and on top of that. I love the way they are keeping the facility clean with their new. I don't know if maybe it's called a sweeper machine outstanding. I mean going the extra mile to do that. They deserve and I would love to see the head person whatever idiot owns this company come over and actually congratulate them for doing an excellent job. Because I'll tell you that made a world of improvement. The guy they had hired to do that awful job. It was like he wasn't even there. But I wanna thank them for being so nice and helpful. Even when the owners locked us out of the gate and I wasn't able to go to work and do my job. I had to hop the gate in my work. Clothes which is not normal, it's a suit and I had to be 35 minutes late to my customer which almost, wanted a refund. I don't see you guys asking me how can I accommodate you and I'm speaking to the owners of the company. That we should have given you a free month for the drama that we put you through at 4 o'clock in the morning and not letting me know the gate wouldn't open.But anyway, thank you, Melissa and Karen for a fabulous job and keeping the place clean and also very nice customer service, both of you.Hope you're enjoying your holiday.
