Was in need of a storage unit for my household goods and came across Storage Max. I called prior to going in and set a day and time to stop in. Upon arriving I noticed the code accessible gates and the cameras surrounding the property which assured me that this would be a safe place to store my belongings . When I entered the office I was immediately greeted by Angelica. She was knowledgeable, professional and very efficient. We decided on a unit that would fit my needs. This is by far one of the best stress free experiences I’ve had when moving . Thank you Storage Max. Thank you Angelica.

I give you one star, if I could I would give you zero star. Regarding your rent increases every 3-4 months the average increase amount is around $15-$20 more per month. You should let your tenants know that you only support short term storage rent and if they go over 1 year, you will raise the rent $15-$20 per month. These rent increases are not industry standards.

I'm so mad it's Christmas eve this place said they will close at 2 it's not even one and it's closed I have to get Christmas gifts out of my storage I called no answer I'm at the gate honking the horn no response I know someone is here both cars are here what the hell

I would have given them 0 if I could, the office spaces they rent are HOT during the summer months. It's been that way for over 5 years and every year we go through the same thing. They put a band aid on an old air unit and think it's good enough. Even the fans with the door open do not help. Come by and see for yourself before you rent an office unit. Owners don't care guess because they don't sit in an oven. Sorry for the bad review, but tried to communicate with owner many times they just don't care and are not willing to fix the problem property.

Went in last Saturday to update my account. The new manager was doing her best to help a customer on the phone. She was able to greet me. However, the person on the phone needs to understand that you must come into the office to make changes to your account personally. I've a storage unit for a longer period than necessary, but I know you must follow certain protocols in order to pay 'online' or by phone. The manager was able to complete her phone transaction and then helped me. Thank you! hope your afternoon was better.

Extremely TERRIBLE customer service. "Stacey" making rules that are not posted! If the facility is a cashless facility you should take the time and post a nice visible sign that let's customers know of this stupid case by case policy.

Nope! I'm livid right now. We paid for our two storage units. (Yes two, we moved very quickly and needed two to move back home while we sort life out) and my husband and I went today to get some items and our units are suspended. We are paid up and have been. We have bank statements to prove it. No number to reach someone. But as of now the are in possession of stolen property. We are paid up and they have control of our property until whenever? Nope! Nope! Nope! Why isn't there a corporate number to call? Are we supposed to wait for an email back or should I call the police and make a scene? Unbelievable. one star because in order to post I was forced to. Maybe Yelp will look into that algorithm one day.

Clean facilities, clean location though the cart policy needs improvement ? Cart only available on certain days and times. Suggestion is to have more carts available for use.

Please for the love of God…DO NOT spend your money on this place,this people is the worse,the ladies inside the office are rude,especially the manager,(the bigger one)she’s condescending and disrespectful,many people have complains about her diva attitude. She’s never there to help you,she’s only there to collect your money and give you attitude while at it. Oh!if you need a cart to make your move in easier,you can forgot about it,they used to have two,now there’s only one,but it doesn’t matter because the office keeps the keys and the office has been closed even before Covid, there’s a couple who works in the area cleaning,sometimes they’re able to help you. This people can’t careless what your needs are as long as you pay. There’s times when the A/C or the elevator aren’t working,when I moved in neither one was working,with 115 degrees and they never let me know ahead or gave me discount or at least offered us water,they were walking around like nothing was happening,cos I had already payed my month to move in and was already moving stuff,they were just strolling around the property like’s no one’s bussines,but one things for sure,they’re going to keep raising your rent without previous notice. In 2 1/2 yrs it’s been raised 4 times,twice in one year. Why? ??♀️ Don’t expect a good treatment just cos you’re the costumer,but of course! The manager asked us to give them a good review right there when we were signing papers,that said a lot but I was desperate and everything was set up unfortunately for us. Now you know,if you’re desperate,can’t wait to waste your money and want to be treated like they’re doing you a favor you know where to go ?

UM!! They just raised the price of rent AND decided to cut hours? That's whack. I'll be taking our business elsewhere. The hours were already lame, closed holidays and apparently lock you in if you're not out on the dot. You send a notice about the price increase but completely fail to mention the hours are LESS now? AND now closed Sundays? If you're going out of business just say that, don't drag your customers down with you.
