The customer service was great. They gave me this snync up tracker and told me it was free, BUT ACTUALLY you have to pay $4 per month for the service, not the product, they gave me 3 of them so that's an extra $12 a month, and I couldn't cancel because I only realized it after their 14 day grace period. So the saleswoman lied, and her supervisor who is probably telling their associates to do that so they can get some commissions had her back when I tried to cancel. DO NOT GET THOSE DAMN SYNC-UP TRACKERS IT IS NOT FREE. I wouldn't be complaining on here if this wasn't the 2nd time a TMobile associate lied to me in 2 months, (about an IPAD) so make sure when you add ANY type of service with SHADY ASS Tmobile, to call customer service to see if they are not charging you EXTRA! All these hidden charges are why Tmobile is expanding so much and can pay all these associates! I wanna cancel but they lock you in with your phone installments.

To the store manager:I would like to bring to your attention an experience I had at your store last night. After work, I went to shop at Trader Joe’s so I also stopped by T-Mobile to claim the cup from TM-Tue. Upon entering, a male cashier inquired about the purpose of my visit. I explained that I was there for the cup and showed him my time meter (4:58-just run).Despite no other customers being present, he asked me to wait and proceeded to access a computer. He requested my phone number, checked my plan, and attempted to sell me a new phone or upgrade my current plan for about 5 minutes. I expressed that I wasn't interested and couldn't make a decision immediately, emphasizing that I was only there for the cup. After a brief pause, he reluctantly fetched the cup for me. I thanked him and wished him a good night, but he maintained a FROZEN expression and remained SILENT. This experience left a negative impression(If you don't accept what they are trying to sell you, you will be treated very badly) on me, and I am concerned that if he treats other customers similarly, it may lead to a loss of customers over time.I visited the store at 5:15 pm on 05 Dec. I kindly request that you review the shift schedule to identify the individual in question who may benefit from further training in customer service. Thank you for your attention to this matter.

Don't have a trash can visible inside the store, I step outside to throw out the trash, one of the clerk asks me to not going in and out. Unreasonable clerk.

My husband and I came in on Friday to upgrade our phones to the new iphone 15s. We got here around 3:30 PM when it was completely empty and Amber immediately helped us with finding the phones in the exact colors we wanted. She was also super helpful in helping my husband ship in his old phone as a trade in, and helping us transfer our entire phones to the new ones. The store was packed by 4 PM and there was quite a wait for the people who just got there, but all of the employees were helping people as fast as they could. Love this store and how convenient it is!

Very bad service. Evry thing I requested they say no no ,they never help same others locations.I cancelled my home internet, when I called customer service they said I can return to any Tmobile store ,when I went manager say no you send to UPS . They are too rude .

Wow I can’t believe this I’ve been getting my service for 5 years and the way I was treated was horrible. I got treated horribly just by entering the store. My father was going to go return the internet modem, because it wasn’t working. So he entered on his own and me and my mom sat in the car, but he was taking to long. So I decided to go inside and get the keys from my father to close the car, and me and my mother would sit inside. So me and my mother went and entered the store when we were attacked by the worker named Amber who started talking aggressively saying you guys can’t keep entering because supposedly their is a tracker on the rug. But my mother felt like she was being attacked that everyone in the store started looking at us because of how aggressive and rude Amber was talking. She then noticed my mother was upset. So she goes well i’m sorry but their was another guy who walked in and out the store and she didn’t say anything to him. T-mobile you NEED TO DO BETTER HIRING PEOPLE BECAUSE WORKERS LIKE AMBER RUIN THE BUSINESS!!!

I came to T-mobile for the free tmobile tuesday giveaway as well as try their internet. If you are a magenta plan then the internet is $30 a month!!! Such a great deal. The lady who helped us was very nice. I regretfully forgot her name but everyone there seemed very helpful!

99 percent of the time I always have a great experience there except for today manager was not very helpful. Joseph Servantes didn’t give me the time of day nor try to make it a great experience.Gentleman needs to grow up and act more professional. She’s the store manager, and had to drive to a different location to get what I wanted.

This store is awful the employees don't greet you when you come in and don't even acknowledge you when in the store. There were only two employees and no one else to help out. The service is bad and very slow. I had to call t-mobile to get my issue resolve because of the bad service.
