Terrible service by Sandra... went in for a SIM card & she had such an attitude. Didn't even want to put it in the phone to confirm it was working properly. I had to ask for her to insert & she slammed my phone down on the counter. I always like to start off w/ a service then give them my business depending on how we are treated. My main reason for the visit was to get my son a new phone + have the new SIM for backup in a drawer at home. But given the service we walked out & ended up at Apple around the corner. Was originally only going to get one phone to replace my sons but the rep at Apple was amazing & we walked out w/ 2 new 15s & a new Apple TV. Didn't need to upgrade mine but again service goes along way & I was happy to give my business to her. Fix this T-Mobile! I am sure I am not the only one. People like Sandra are the reason online sales are sky rocketing & soon retail stores will be a thing of the past.

Dominick went above and beyond to help me out today, I will be returning because I was treated very respectfully and he made me feel like I am a very valued customer, it is rare to walk in a place nowadays and feel like this, Dominick has the patience and a great attitude when dealing with the customers.

T-Mobil on Haven next to Trader Joe's was great! If you are like most find Customer Service a thing of the past in the Age of never getting a person on the phone, going through all the number pressing on the phone well going to this store is so refreshing! They actually are respectful of the Customer. Victoria was extremely patience and displayed her skill in dealing with the Customer.

I went to two Mobil stores to inquire on Internet service. My visit to the store's Victoria Garden was less than what a customer service experience should be; the Second Store On Haven and dealing with Victoria was what you hope for when making a technical purchase of installing Internet. She was patience, helpful, friendly and willing to go the extra mile to help the customer. Go to STORE 154D on Haven they know How to treat a Customer!!!

Today November 28th at noon, I walked into this store looking for information on bringing over two lines. I walked past a man holding open the door (no comment from him as I passed by), walked into the middle of the store where I saw 2 more people working at computers. I was the only customer inside. No one said anything to me for a moment until the man from the door came behind me and said "can I help you?" I turned around and there he was looking at his phone, playing a video game and didn't even look up. I said that I was looking for information on bringing over two lines. He looked up and said "are the phones paid off?" Before I could even answer, he looked at his phone and continued to play his game. I said that they were paid off. Again, without looking at me and still playing his game, he asked which carrier I am with, I said Verizon and he started to say something and I just shouted out "NO! You are NOT playing video games, while talking to me!" I walked out! So disgusted with the entire T-Mobile experience so far.

Kalis was awful. Bad customer service, not welcoming or warm. Every other associate was friendly and kind even while they were dealing with other customers. There was a young gentleman of Asian decent that was amazing and he was not even helping us. Very uncomfortable experience. It was the worst.

My husband and I came to this location (after being made to wait for 30 minutes in another nearby store) and was greeted warmly by Alex which made us feel we came to the right place. There were many customers and we were 3rd on the list but we got called quickly by Martin who attended to all our needs. Being seniors and technologically challenged, we definitely require assistance to set up the new iPhone 15 ProMax. Martin provided us professional, excellent service. He was courteous and polite, and made us feel comfortable right away. He explained to us what to expect with the new device, the accessories needed, and offered all the options too that go with it like a free Apple watch. Thank you Martin for the wonderful service! I would definitely recommend T Mobile Store in Monticello Ave in Victoria Gardens to friends.

This store cheated us. We a 5 lines family group, but they charged us individually. Do not go there they charge you way more than promised, we switched to other carriers right after the first months. In addition, at the day we switched to T-mobile, it took them more than 4 hours to set up our account, they switched 3 lines in 4 hours till they closed, and the next day, they accidentally silenced one of those good lines.
