“I walked into the store looking for a specific liqueur to buy for my friends and I. It’s spritz season and we saw a new one on TikTok we wanted to try. I had been having a rough morning after dropping a loved one off at the airport. I was casually looking over the champagne aisle when I was approached by Tom. He asked me if I liked champagne and I of course replied “Yes!”. He invited me over to his station for a tasting. Unbeknownst to him, I was having a sad day. He was very friendly and welcoming. He poured me a tasting and was extremely knowledgeable. His friendly demeanor quickly lifted my mood. I genuinely appreciated his attention and help. He made some wonderful suggestions that I proceeded to purchase. My overall experience was lovely. It was the highlight of my day. I walked into a store to purchase one item and left with nine.
