“It would be nice if you offered a way to return a auto trailer a few hours after the 24 hours hours are up since rental requires pickup by 4:15pm. Returning it by 4:15pm is difficult for my needs because I need the trailer until 4pm and then I have to deal with Socal traffic. If I could pickup at.6pm that work result in just needing a one day rental. Now if I return at 6pm I am charged for a 2nd day even though I self drop off and no one would have been able to rent it after 4:15pm anyway.
The UHAUL App is very unreliable. It often locks up on my Andriod phone. Its also very slow.”
