This is an honest and long review. I'll start by saying this is the most greatest daycare I have ever used for my 2 children. From their educational curriculum , to the cleanliness, to the teachers and directors my two girls are growing here ! I feel so supported as a parent and they never fail to communicate anything to me through the app or through a phone call. I have had 2 other childcare centers. The first one was for my oldest and my things would go missing. I had a "PINK" brand backpack that I never got back, and so many clothing items that went missing. The other center my baby was in when she was on the waitlist for tutor time constantly called me to pick her up sometimes for legit reasons like if she vomited but others I felt they were trying to meet their ratio and felt comfortable calling ME. So let's just say I used a lot of PTO.This other center also had the audacity to call me exactly at a time I mentioned of picking her up. Like if I said " I'll be here around 3pm" I would get a text or call at 3pm jokingly asking me where I was at. I'm not kidding lolTutor time has never questioned me , called me, even tried to ask personal questions. They are so respectful and are there to do their job. The teachers are the sweetest and they make my morning knowing my kids are in good hands. I'm often greeted and they share randomly little things about my kids. They really do make me feel as if I'm a great mom. I'm thankful for being able to go to work and school with a peace of mind. You have access to cameras where you can see their kids and get updated with pictures and videos on the app of their daily activities. Thank you is an understatement.

I am so happy with our experience we’ve had at Tutor Time. Our daughter has been attending this Tutor Time since she was 5 months old and has gone through all the different classes through the years. Now she is in her final year with her Pre K 2 class and her teacher Ms. Elisa is just the most loving and amazing teacher. I won’t lie each time she had to move to the next class it was an adjustment with having a new teacher. Which involved lots of crying and not wanting me to leave. So of course her first day in Ms. Elisa’s class was no different when I dropped her off. But to my surprise when I picked her up and I asked her how her day was she said mommy Ms. Elisa is so nice and I love her, she gave us a little present. She loves going everyday to class and is excited to learn. She can’t wait to do her homework when we get home. I can already see such an improvement in our daughters writing and drawing. I know with Ms. Elisa’s teaching, our daughter will be ready for kindergarten next year!! Thank you to all of our daughters teachers before, and now Ms. Elisa and the ladies in charge of this amazing establishment for always taking such care of our Chloe and making her time at Tutor Time so incredible.

My Children have attended Tutor Time since they were babes. They are now 13 and 9. My son has obviously aged out this year :( but my daughter will still continue to attend for summer camp until she ages out as well. I love the all the staff they make my children feel right at home. I love the brightwheel app where the teachers send me updates and pictures of my children throughout the day. Gives me a piece of mind. Thank you to all who have cared for my children throughout the years.

We had a really bad experience here, I couldn't leave my child here. I had to pull him after 2 weeks. We had recently moved and my son was very eager to make new friends. The teachers were very un caring and unloving, they had no care for him or anyone else. They always shushed the children and asked them to whisper. Which I thought was very oppressive. They never did anything with them, always filled their paperwork and never even played with the kids. when I would ask my son, did the teachers play with you, he would tell me no the teachers are very busy, they can't play with us. What is a daycare without teachers playing and teaching the children!??? When I toured the school I had met another teacher and thought he would be in her class, when I insisted he goes to the class I toured, they kept ignoring us and did nothing at all about it. We just went and pulled him out. It was a horrible experience, and really affected my son. Thankfully we went to a Montessori school, where they were wonderful to him and helped get past this horrible experience. I don't recommend this school to anyone.

I have had terrible encounters at this school...I have always felt that my children were not welcomed at the school so I pulled them out. The teachers have ALWAYS been amazing which makes me sad to say I would never take my children here again. The Director makes me feel like I wasted her time by bringing my children to the school. My children learned nothing compared to what I was paying for and took no art or anything fun home either. What was my money paying for? From what I understand the teachers weren't paid much so why was I paying so much for?

When my husband and I moved our family to the Rancho Cucamonga area, we checked out several schools from Mira Loma/Corona to Alta Loma/Fontana and we found we only liked this Tutor Time location. Our daughter was 2.5 years old when she started there and we hated leaving her previous school. However, after a few weeks at this location, we were happy to have found it. Our daughter never had transitional issues thanks to her teacher at the time, Krista. The staff here is incredibly helpful and accommodating. In one instance, our daughter fell while running and fractured her arm. During the few days she was off, she received a get well card from her class, her teacher (Donna) and the director (Mona). When she returned, the entire staff kept a close eye on her comfort and movements to make sure she was careful of her arm. It ended up healing a week earlier than expected. A few days ago, a sweater of hers went missing and everyone was on the lookout for it. Teachers like Brenda and Kimberly took it upon themselves to look with us because they care. I e-mailed a picture to Mona the following morning and within three hours, it was found. I never heard of anything like that. It was just a sweater. I'm not taking anything away from the experiences other parents may have had at this location, but I have never found any issue like that. My daughter's teacher now, Jessica, couldn't be more informative and great. She always provides detailed information about what our daughter is working on and how she is growing. She was just as excited as we were when our daughter wrote her name for the very first time. She even fixes the girls' hairstyles into fun braids and pigtails when they ask her to. You can see the girls really enjoy it because it gives them something to share and talk about. The environment is clean and my daughter has not been sick very much at all. In comparison to my friends' children, she's not sick nearly as often as I hear about from other schools. All in all, I would express to parents that the school experience for your child is what you and they make it. For us, we couldn't have asked for a better place than this Tutor Time.
