Prices for boxes and other U-Haul goods were way too high. I went to other places and found the boxes for so much less. The person would not take returns like the boxes say they will if you have extra. They are a little rude about it.

The women who answered the phone was very nice and helpful. When I arrived the day of my move everything was ready to go. Only took 15 minutes to check out. I think his name is Mr. Dominguez, he was professional and very friendly.
