Brought in an Amazon return (a pack of screen protectors for my phone that did not work) that required a box for the return (when it was sent to me in a padded bag). I grabbed a small box (it was a small uncrustable box) and took it in and was told that there would be a $2 taping fee. Really $2 for maybe 4in. worth of tape. Really?

I would give a 0 star if I can. The store attendant is absolutely rude and ridiculous. Not only asking the same questions 3+ times even after I answered it every time, but also he wants to charge me $2 to use his tape to seal my Amazon return box. Worst of the UPS store I have ever seen. Never visit this one again

Some of the employees working there are rude, the tone in which they talk is very condescending. I try to avoid this location.

Very bad service attitude. The box I returned had the tape opened, and they charged me $1.25 just to seal it. It was in a very bad place. Another time, they refused to accept the package because it was too heavy. I was very angry.

This location is busy and they are under staff. It is a Saturday and more than 15 people are standing in the line. I waited about 25 minutes. I heard the worker was telling his coworker called out, if so how come the owner of this store or the manager of this store did not show up to help the customers. I assume he/she needed to enjoy the Saturday and don’t care about people standing in the line for so long. Next time I will drive 5 minutes more to give the business to another location who cares about their customers.

I've had a box at this UPS location since 2017 and have always received excellent customer service. The staff is fast and friendly. Those leaving negative reviews probably had their energy returned. Treat others with kindness and respect if that's how you'd like to be treated.

This place is useless for my company. Franchise owner wont accept prefilled ups waybills like most other stores. Trying to maximize profit over customer convenience that other places offer. Skip this location.

I always go to this store to fulfill my shipping and Amazon return needs. The staff is very friendly and the two gentleman who are always there are terrific at working quickly and busting through that long line. I was disappointed to see the negative reviews, especially the false information that the prior review left about the establishment being closed. They put up a sign that they were out for lunch, and I returned when they reopened and they let me know they are very short staffed and had to close the store, which they never do. I for one appreciate all the hard work these employees put in! Thank you guys.
