I legitimately come to this location 5-6 times a week to drop off packages and they’re always very helpful and knowledgeable! They go above and beyond, ensuring my packages are shipped to our customers. Shoutout to Leanna, Anthony, Ashley, Edward, Michael and the rest of the team for always taking good care of me💪🏼 Can’t forget my fav driver, the Goat John!

I had a great experience at the UPS Store on 4th and Miliken. The staff was incredibly helpful in assisting me with returning a damaged product from Amazon. They made the process smooth and stress-free, answering all my questions with professionalism and efficiency. The store itself was well-maintained, clean, and organized, which made for an easy and pleasant visit. It's clear that the employees here are well-trained and dedicated to providing excellent customer service. I highly recommend this location for anyone needing shipping, returns, or other services!
