You would think UPS makes plenty of money, and after all the business my company gives them, they want to charge for a return label, that should be payed for through the prepaid charge from the return shipping fee, what a joke they are.

Zero stars if I was able.I usually prefer to give positive feedback, but I feel compelled to share my recent experience. I have been a loyal customer of UPS stores for over ten years, engaging in numerous transactions and even maintaining a mailbox at another franchise. Unfortunately, my latest visit was perhaps the most disappointing in recent memory.Upon entering the store, I was greeted by Chase, who asked how he could assist me. I requested to send some documents via UPS Ground. Chase examined my envelope and suggested using a larger one for UPS three-day service instead. Reluctantly, I agreed and awaited a quote. To my surprise, he quoted $47, significantly higher than the usual $12 - $14.I then asked if we could revert to using my original envelope with UPS Ground. Chase responded that this store does not ship documents via UPS Ground, a policy I found quite absurd. His colleague, joined the conversation, confirming this unusual policy without providing a clear explanation.Feeling frustrated, I decided to visit the UPS store on Foothill Ave. The staff there were more accommodating, gladly accepting my documents for UPS Ground shipping without any issue. They even shared a light-hearted moment with me about the situation at the Milliken store.I hope this feedback reaches the owner and prompts some necessary staff training and policy review. It's important for a business to maintain consistent and customer-friendly services across all locations.

Wow! I may have got lucky, because I went inside and there was no Line.... but Marissa got my passport photo completed, I had documents notarized, photo copies made, and documents mailed out with tracking, in under 7 minutes. Marissa made everything super easy, thank you.

The store worker are rude, not explain the reason, just want you to take it to another store, probably because they are retail. stop makeing excuse for your self, I have told you, that logo is the box maker's logo, doesn't mean anything, all u say is just u won't take it, I also said all other stores taking it, u told me they r not supposly to take it, but I went to 3 different stores, they all accepting it.

I come here everyday to drop off packages. Staff are very friendly, and helpful. They are very patient in answering every questions. I have dropped off more than 50 packages each trip.snf they were very patient to scan each packages.

This ups store is terrible and the employees including the old lady is awful. They are rude and treat customers like garbage. I would go give another store my business. Hopefully one day it will shut down and the owner doesn't have it anymore.

I've tried going to this ups on several occasions and several times/ days of the week to see if the service changes.. it doesn't. I always seem to get the lady with the green hair and a taller man more on the younger side. Both are rude and talk to you with an attitude. If you can take the trip to a different location please do so! Avoid dealing with bitter people!
