I went in to this UPS store with a difficult item to ship and Jeff was innovative and helpful. All staff members were friendly and quick to help other customers as I held up the line. Great experience.

Kept a mailbox here since 2019, an easy and pleasant process from the start. Tom is great. The pandemic exploded traffic and has relaxed some to higher levels from before and increased management time for Tom. They get customer surges, sometimes gotta have a little patience. His assistants are young but quality people like him, never had any problems.

I've been visiting this UPS location for a couple of years now, and it's always a great experience. They open at 8AM, and the staff is incredibly friendly. The store is well-managed, organized, and rarely has a long line. Even when there is a wait, it moves efficiently. Although there's a UPS store just down the street from me, I always choose this location—it’s the best.

I have also come here in the past when an older man was managing the store. Now I see younger employees that don’t greet you and seem to be generally annoyed at doing their jobs. I’ll go elsewhere.

Usually, when I came into this location there was an older gentleman that was very attentive to customer service, which made it an easy and smooth process. But the kids that work there are the opposite. Extremely lethargic and rude. I won't be using this office going forward and will be driving the extra mile to the next closes ups center.

The Owner is very nice and customer centered I’ve been going to this location for the last 15 years recently he’s got this group of looks like high school juniors and seniors working there and they’re very rude. Normally, the people are so nice so I was completely completely caught off guard the last few times I’ve gone there Today Helena was looking at what I was returning to Amazon . Then three other employees came up and kind of singled me out as I was trying to return it.
I felt kind of violated, and this has been going on the last several times I’ve been there.
They questioned why it was an empty box and explained to them that the shampoo was open and leaking everywhere and was told by the representative to throw it away and so I had to drive home and go get the shampoo out of the trash can with shampoo everywhere and put it back in the box and bring it back when I came back they were very rude once again, and it just felt like it was a group of mean girls All crowding around each other as I left it was super bizarre and I will never go back there again . Of course, I went back there just a point because I felt super violated . One in particular named Helena. Was extra snotty .
What a bummer because he used to have such a nice people that work there and I don’t know what’s going on right now, but I believe they’re more reviews after mine

Dropped off my package there because they have a pickup for USPS. Tracking shows the package was never scanned or picked up by USPS. UPS store should be responsible since they take the packages. They need to have the driver to scan packages at the store as accepted before taking them out of the store. I will follow up for sure with this

Notary public at this location is great! No appointments necessary. They always seem to have one available.
Never any lines for returns. Plenty of employees always on duty. Store is clean and organized. I highly recommend this ups location. Good job to whomever owns this one!

Leaving the phone off the hook is very unprofessional. I'm calling on a Monday from 1:30- 2:05pm and when the call goes through its an immediate dial tone?

Notary Public, Kassandra at this store was very nice to explain the procedure per CA Notary Law when I contacted her for Notary service and the reason for an attachment instead of on the Affidavit document sent from a consulate.

Went in for a quick return. The young gentlemen working there were in the back working when I came in but they came to the front super quick when they saw me walk in the door and were very helpful! They are so young but were so Attentive and friendly! Great job guys. Thank you

I always rely on the UPS store for mailing gifts and other items, and this particular location consistently exceeds my expectations. The store is impeccably clean and organized, making it easy to navigate. The staff members are not only helpful but also exceptionally friendly, always willing to assist with any questions or needs. This store has become my go-to destination for mailing tasks, and I can't recommend it highly enough. Overall, it provides a wonderful experience every time I visit.
