So convenient and they’re open on Sundays!! They also have a “USPS” box to drop off packages (that are not just UPS) and they ship exactly on time. This is the only place I trust with my packages around this area! Thank you!!??

Came here Saturday 6/17/23 for passport photo service ($15) and the photo they took was not accepted by the passport office due to poor photo quality. Do not go here for passport photos unless you want to waste your time and risk your travel plans due to the incompetence of the staff and lack of proper training on passport photo requirements. Please UPS store stop offering this simple service if you cannot do it correctly. The mantra of "how you do one thing is how you do everything," could apply here so consumers beware if going to UPS store for anything other than Amazon returns.

Respectfully, I arrived just at 5:00 p.m. and a bit of grace would have been appreciated by your staff. They refused to acknowledge my knocking. How long would it have really taken to open the door & scan 3 packages? After your employees continued to ignore me, I pulled at your door out of sheer frustration. I recall that the previous owner of your location was immensely more helpful and her employees were not as rigid and difficult to deal with as your present employees. I believe that employees reflect the company and their employer. I can only assume that you advised them that it just too bad if a customer arrives at 5:00 p.m. since that's your closing time. The last day to return the large package that you saw me carrying was that day, Saturday, June 10th and I have missed my return window. I realize this is not your problem. If your employees had been more courteous, I would have gladly given your store a glowing review. However, your business practice errs on the side of callousness. That's not good customer service and I think you are well aware it but really just don't care. The ambivalence of your employees shows this. By the time I returned to my car the time was 5:01 p.m. In the future, more grace and less rigidity would be a better practice. I actually tried to take my review down but was unable to on my cell phone. However, your response which tried to discount my poor review and paint me as an aggressive person has changed my mind.

Let me preface this review with an acknowledgement that this is not wholly UPS's fault. But if it weren't for one, Savannah, who cared enough to thoroughly check the back for my package, this would have been a one star review.For the short story: I had to come to this location 3 separate times before Savannah helped me locate my package. Thank you so much for helping me.Long story:I bought an item from ebay, I asked that they ship it to this store through UPS instead of directly to me. They half complied with my wishes and shipped to this store through USPS, instead. That's fine, only problem is that when it arrived on April 15th, it wasn't "scanned in" correctly. My USPS tracking said "Awaiting Delivery Scan" for 6 days. On that 6th day, I came in, explaining my issue but was met with "no, come back when it says delivered". Not even a cursory glance for my package was offered. On the 9th day, I received a call back from a USPS supervisor telling me the package was delivered on April 15th, but the scan must have been missed, and to stop the UPS store again to try to pick it up, "they have to check now" were the words he left me with. On the 10th day, I find that USPS tracking now states "Delivered on April 15th to a Parcel Locker". I go to the UPS store and ask that they check for my package as USPS says it was definitely delivered on April 15th. This time around, it was completely different employees, and this time, someone at least did check, but only after I asked. They were gone to the back for about 15 seconds before they returned and I was told "we don't have a Parcel Locker here. It's at USPS, go there." I explained that the Parcel Locker note is not accurate because it was manually entered. Finally, on the 11th day, I called instead of wasting my time going to the UPS store, beforehand. Savannah answered my call, and I shortly explained the issue. She asked for a tracking number, I gave it. She said it's at a Parcel Locker, I said that's just a manual entry. She checked the back for me, about 30 second pass and she comes back on the phone and confirms UPS has my package. At this point, I'm just happy I can finally get my item, I didn't even care that she said it'll be $10 to pick up. I made sure to remember her name, because she was the only one who seemed give a care about customer service.

Always thought this place was closed Sunday but google shower open until 4PM, went today and it was closed. Hours of operations doesn't seem accurate here

Best UPS store by far. Customer service at it's best, came in and got exactly what I needed. Monica was able to get me in and out in just a few minutes and did it with a smile. I'll definitely be back for the service. Thanks Monica ????

This place deserves negative stars for customer service!! I never experienced a rude experience as I did today & I hope the unpleasant lady trips and falls every time she walks!!!

I came here often to drop off my Amazon returns but I did send a package here shipped via UPS. The girls were very helpful, as I was shipping fresh flowers from my wedding. I always get great service when I come in so I'll continue to pop in!
