TERRIBLE! Worst customer service and not helpful! Called to clear up information and the representative was rude and unapologetic. I have been with US Bank for 20 years and have never experienced this. I never go to this branch so that was my first mistake. AVOID this branch. YOU WILL REGRET GOING!

If you are a US Bank customer, pay careful attention to your checks that have been cashed. I wrote a check for $400.00 that was read as $900 by this bank. When we went in to complain, we were given a lecture on how to write a 4, even though the written part of the check clearly reads Four Hundred Dollars. No apology for the error by the bank whatsoever. We are now changing banks.

Worst customer service, my sister and I went in to open a checking account, my sister doesn't speak much English but has all the documents that required to open a checking account, and I was there to help translated. Unfortunately the girl at the desk turned us down didnt want to help. it so b******** Stay away from this bank.

I will never go to this branch ever due to Stacy lack of customer service at this branch. Zero customer service skills just a rude nasty attitude spewing policies and procedures. When I go to other US Bank locations I do not receive this attitude only from Stacy at Alta Loma. I have expressed my concern with this branch manner just for her to chew gum in my face and give a half apology. I would recommend going to the baseline location and or the location on DayCreek by Victoria Gardens.

Was not happy with the customer service at this branch, I went to deposit a check inside and needed help filling out the deposit slip, the employee name Joseph at the counter would not help me and it was only after 3 times of asking and I decide to leave that he offers to help. It would be nice to get assistance on the 1st time asking....... that is your job.

I moved from the Chase bank located across the street to US Bank several years ago because of the low fees US Bank charged for their accounts. I open a business and personal accounts as well several credit cards. Over the past few years US Bank has started nickel and dollar their accounts that now equal Chase But they don't have the Computer systems for easy access like Chase. But that's not why I give this branch one star, it's because of the customer service I consistently receive from Stacy at this branch. Zero customer service skills just a saccharine attitude spewing policies and procedures. When I go to other US Bank locations I do not receive this attitude only from Stacy at Rancho Cucamonga. It's sad because I'll be closing my accounts and withdrawing back to chase shortly primarily because of her.

Amazing service! Top notch and knowledgeable employees Rosa, ReAnna and Joe are amazing, makes you feel like right at home. Small branch setting with friendly service to cater your personal and unique needs. Most definitely recommend this branch; just don't make your emergency their emergency; there are rules and proper procedures for legit business and we all have to respect that.

This location is generally not busy. Unfortunately for a slow branch, they also have equally slow service. I went in to do a same day wire transfer. There was only one customer besides myself who was with a banker. After telling the teller what I needed, they told me someone would be there to help me right away. After waiting for 30 minutes and inquiring about cutoff times for same day transfers, I was dismayed to learn that sitting there put me past the cuttoff. I spoke with a teller who told me she could have helped me if someone had told her... So teller number one never even told anyone I needed assistance and watched me as I sat there, fully aware of their own wire transfer policy. Worse thing is not a manager in sight. No branch manager. This location if terrible. Never taking any business here ever again. If US Bank actually looks at these, I reccomend you guys send this whole branch back to customer service 101.

Worst customer service ever. ATM took my card and then broke down. Employee refused to get my card and sent me to another branch stating " its just more covienient for us this way". Since when is customer service about there convenience. I will be closing my account

ZERO STARS!!! This bank gives out your information to ANYBODY!!!! People who aren't even on the account! Beware if you ever ask someone (not on your account) to make deposits for you!! They give out personal information!!!
