After a long time of trying to get my account even set up for a profile with setting appointment that have been cancelled and rescheduled 4 times. Kay helped me virtually to set up my profile. Next I needed to wait for a certain amount of time for the business account to be opened (30 days) but the turn around time because I had all of my information was done within a few days. I finally was told that my account was open and needed to make a deposit and to come into the bank. When I did go into the bank, I told a representative I was told to come in and pick up the folder that has my copies and etc. Kay had gave me an online account user name and password that did not work, then I ended up locking my account due to not being told that I would have to wait 3 business days for my phone number and ssn to link to the online account (this information was given to me by the online tech support. So now I have to wait an extra day on top of the three days because my online portal is locked.

i have more than 4 account with us bank for more than usbank created ;;the worst custemer service i have seen the try to up sale you anything ..

Unfortunately, This US Bank Branch in Vons takes advantage of women and disabled people. My daughter has an account at US Bank, and although on SSI and disabled she is required to pay a $7 fee when cashing a check drawn on her account... I have called US Bank several times AND gone in to complain, but as each branch has their own rules neither the branch no US Bank customer service will make it right. I am closing all of my accounts and going to Wells Fargo or Chase!

Branch takes advantage of women and disabled. Disabled daughter has account there and they are changing her $7 to cash checks. Called and went in to branch, but they would not make it right. I will close all my accounts and move money and business to Wells Fargo or Chase!

I've had nothing but great experiences at this branch. Very friendly and knowledgeable of any question that I had. Also, their hours of operation are very convenient for me.

Check all bills you receive from this bank. I was given a counterfeit bill from the clerk and since I didn't check the bills myself at the desk when issued, and found out when trying to use the currency. Now I'm out 100$... No joke. Be careful with this branch and the employees in it.
