I had a wonderful experience at this ups the 3 girls kass, Amanda and gabby were so helpful helping me do a shipment and packed it for me too.

I had a drop off. They had me wait in the line for 30 min. I said I don't need receipt ,they said it still needs to be scamed and had me wait in line. All other UPS stores allow you to drop off If you don't need receipt . Don't go to this store!!!

Ok.... I don't want to add to all these amazing reviews butI I have to!!!! I don't want to because it may get busier! This UPS store has above and beyond customer service. It rare these days so I had to share! The employees are so attentive and HELPFUL!!! I won't go anywhere else. Thank you Haven UPS!
