One of the last small Post Offices left and even when it’s busy I still get faster service than if I were at the Arrow Blvd office.

I can’t even get them to accept my package of something I ordered. Since March 18th I have filed a complaint with USPS sad I get my package from China before I get one from the USA

I never mail anything , I just started doing Poshmark. Poshmark pays for priority mail flat rate box or bubble envelope . When I asked the lady for a free bubble envelope for my posh mark order she told me “”this is a business we don’t give out things for free”” i told her Poshmark said I get a paid box to ship it in . (Mind you this is my first time doing this ) she ended up giving me one after I had to make an argument for it . The (African American ) older lady at the front was so mean to me and acted like I was stupid or something when I asked for it . I’m never coming back again .

My mailman decided to re-route my paychecks during the windstorm in Alta Loma. He has a history of withholding mail at our address, because if anyone is parked in front of our mailbox, even with a wide berth, he has refused to deliver mail.
I'm now living in my husband's childhood home. This mailman has made my mother-in-law cry, and she is a patient saint who dedicated her career to people with special needs. I have two special needs kids, but I have zero patience for this fool. I need my three paychecks, a formal apology, and a new mailman.
If I could give zero stars, I would.

The staff who serve me today at this USPS location have an excellent attitude. Typically, bureaucratic behavior is rampant in these institutions, and many of the service staff tend to have bad tempers, poor attitudes, and are quite lazy, behaving as if they're being pampered.

I've never had a bad experience with the post office staff. But I have a PO box here. When I first got it, I was able to go at any time for my mail, then one day only 8am-5pm. I can't get there to check my mail as often as I would before the hour restrictions. If they allowed Po box renters access to get their mail until 7pm I would have no complaints.

I brought several packages here that were pre-paid. When I asked where I could stack them (as most offices have a place on the counter to place them) I was told to leave and go to a different post office down the street??? What a waste of time!

Hopefully you get better service than I did. Before I could even finish asking a question the black lady was already telling me “did you hear what I told you” excuse me I guess I have the wrong skin color.
