Came to this store when I found out Eric the manager transferred over here. He had helped me with all my needs with Verizon and helped me bundle and get my bill lower and have my plans run more to my usage with is more cost efficient for us. He actually fixes the problems he says he's going to fix. In one visit, about an hour long, he fixed my credits, changed my number, got all my lines activated, got me new accessories and screen protectors all installed and I didn't have to remind him of one thing as he went. He literally knocked them all out and remembered about the problems I went in for. Thank you Eric and like I said before at the village mall store, you're the reason I'll be going to rancho Verizon from now on. Thank you!

My service randomly stopped working. I asked for assistance, and somehow someway no matter what they do they can't fix the issue. So do I have to lose my number? Seriously? I'm already having a hard time this just makes it worse. Such a disappointment.

No direct phone number to this location, forces you to go through corporate number and spend the first 10 minutes dealing with robots before you talk to a rep. That itself is a lengthy process. If I were able to call the store directly, I feel like I would be able to explain my problem and ask the questions I needed about my phone's warranty and replacement and maybe even get it done same day. Instead. I'm waiting through the weekend for them to deliver replacement and then I have to go and mail back my current phone?

In an odd spot. Easy to see from the street, but from the parking lot you almost can’t see it. Smaller store, was helped right away, the “security” at the door didn’t say a word to me, only pointed when I asked where to check in, very clean. Staff wasn’t rude but also not overly friendly. Would return only for convenience, parking isn’t super close either.

At first I walked in knowing I wasn’t going to get any assistance and guess what?They said they will help by changing my “SIM” to “ESIM” so i wouldn’t have to come so often.As simply as it can be.PointlessHad to walk all the way back inside(while raining)Raised my voice just to be given the assistance I came for in the first place.All just to blame apple for their updates. ?Wonderful experience all the way around.Great Customer service.Don’t you just love when your customer service rep tries to belittle you, by saying its other reasons things are happening. I sure enjoyed my experience!

I could not have been more angry and hostile when I walked in the door. Eric the manager on duty, stepped up and help me and I left feeling like somebody listened to me and he fixed the issue I had in minutes! Thank you, Eric

Absolute worse customer service ever. I’ve been waiting for a month for my refund. Every time I call either they don’t answer or they have no idea what’s going on with the status of my refund. This process has been extremely frustrating and still hasn’t been resolved.

Managers profile you and deny you service based on appearance. Especially the female, sitting there on instagram on public view while several customers waiting. Very rude and acting like answering a question is beneath her, can’t believe she’s a manager. Wow. The tipping point today was that i was in here last week with my mother and daughter and they gladly allowed them to use the restroom because of the long wait, now today i am here on my own and all of a sudden they dont have public restrooms, and when i called them out on it they tried to make up some story about the city making them shut it down because they dont have someone on payroll “designated to clean the restrooms” drive the extra 5 minutes and go to the one on milliken and concours.

Typical horrible service from Verizon. This place opens late and closes early. 10am to 6pm. Just need to pick up an order. Pretty simple. Waiting in line for over 10 minutes. Service rep skips my turn in line to help the person that came in after me. Pretty typical of people in Cali to go out of their way to inconvenience people.

This place has trash service, offers no deals, its almost like the paying customer is bothering them, they are rude, will never go again. The chick with too much make constantly rolling her eyes or was really high couldnt tell it was like out of a comedy how bad the service was. No one knew prices or was willing to help almost had to adk if they really worked there. Oh and some army vet guy was so rude it was like i was bothering him fire them all re hire new staff they are trash and do not know how to do their job.

This place is a joke. The workers are rude, unprofessional, and lazy. I came to the store to get service last year and the worker whom helped me was impatient and ended up giving me a bad attitude and rolled her eyes. I felt horrible and thought she didn't want to help me and wanted me to leave. I went to the store again a few weeks ago to upgrade my phone. The worker whom helped me didn't bother to check my account to see what phones I'm qualify for an upgrade. He told me I could find the information online on my own. I think because it was the end of the day and the store was ready to close in an hour. I have been to many other Verizon stores, and the workers were super friendly and helpful. Don't come to this store, you will be treated like a disease. It's sad because it's located in one of the nicest shopping center In Rancho Cucamonga, but you don't get the customer service you deserve.
