I went in to pay my bill and was greeted by the manager Eric. I was going to the gym immediately after leaving and he introduced me to America. She showed me a number of wireless headphones which I was desperately in need of. She was able to assess my needs and assisted me in choosing the option that was best for me. I appreciated having a genuine interaction and conversation. I will definitely be returning to this specific store. Eric has a great team and it is shown by his leadership!

Today we went in because my fiancés screen protector had a bubble. Less than 3 months before I had to go in and get a new one on my phone as well. Being familiar with this service they provide we go in and right away are hit with not just one but two really outright rude associates. Then I even told them well look Jerry the SM took care of it last time I came in and three employees including another "manager" named Gerardo proceeded to tell me well maybe Jerry just made an exception for you. This is the worst customer service I've ever encountered and these people are taking our money every month and every time we've upgraded we've spent hundreds to get all the fancy new gadgets. Please escalate this and get these employees new jobs that don't involve servicing the public!!

LLUVIA MORENO lied to me i got new phone for my business account which is a new line so it comes with a free phone I have 18 lines so I would know she said yes it does and I said add basic line which for business is 30-40 monthly . She said I'll add it on to your account and add basic internet I signed tablet and said it will be free phone and $35 monthly on your bill. I left and looked on Buisness account online and it added 126 to my bill. Don't trust her she's just preying on people thinking they won't check. Just so she can get commission

I had to go back to this store 5 times in one day. I wouldn’t recommend this service to anyone and i was still charged a $40 service fee after them screwing up the set up of my phone up so many times they even forgot to add my phone number to my phone?GO TO A NORMAL VERIZON not here!

If you are looking to be abused and mistreated this is the right place for you to go. I had an appointment and the girls words were,”how can I help you ?” but her actions and attitude said the opposite. She spoke to me for two seconds and I realized I was on my own and she returned to her face time call. I thought maybe I should ask someone else for help but he wasn’t much better. So I left, if you want a new phone you’ll have better luck going to the Apple Store. They’ll greet you and make you feel like they’re happy for you to be there and help you solve your problem. This is my second subpar experience with this location maybe another one will be better.

Went in to pick up an order we were told would be ready, asked the guy, don't know his name don't care at this point and he was an a**hole to say the least. I couldn't get a word out trying to talk to him or explain to him our situation etc. he kept cutting me off and saying well I can't help you because we only have one order ready for pick up etc. he didn't bother to ask name, order number or anything. Just completely disregarded me and our issue, walked away while I was talking. Just honestly the worse customer service I have seen from anyone in I don't know how long. Around 7pm on November 2 2023. He made us want to cancel our orders completely.

Wow, I've had so many bad experience at verizon store. Mrs. Vanita is the best of the best sales person and representative we've ever had entire 3 years. I wish there are more like her instead of aggressive sales pitch with bad deals. This is how you keep a loyal customer to stay. Verizon needs to have their representatives like her.

Showed up today, worried they might be closed early due to the soon arrival of Hurricane (Tropical Storm) Hilary, but they were open! Went in, was quickly greeted, and then was immediately assisted with getting my son a new phone. They had what he wanted in stock, gave us a great price on our trade in, explained the pricing clearly, put the new screen protector on diligently, started the transfer of data from the old phone to the new phone - and we were out of there in 40 minutes.... We are happy customers!

Major shoutout to manager Diego and Quincy . I came in with a frustrating issue regarding a phone activation. It wasn’t a simple fix an required some further help from support. After being there what felt like forever , they finally figured out the issue and I finally had a phone again. I can’t thank them both enough for not pushing me aside when it seemed like it was hopeless. I truly appreciate the type of customer service they provided because unfortunately that no longer exist and when credit is due it needs to be known. Thanks again to these two gentlemen.

I’ll give negative stars if I can. Actually it’s my bad; I could’ve known by just looking at the rating. I drove down there to seek for some help on my current account. The first guy told me he can give me the customer service number which I can literally Google it myself. Then here comes the second guy, he told me he is the salesperson who doesn’t care about anything unless you want to open a new account, then I was literally being told that the point of having him as a staff there is telling me to call the customer service for help. Are they the decorations or what? If I was the manager, I’d rather have self-service machines instead of having bunch of no-use arrogant staffs. My advise, if you don’t want to get pissed and waste your time, DON’T GO!

SHADY! Avoid this store. One of our phone numbers was hacked and transported to a new phone without our authorization. They did it at the end of the night before closing and we were lucky enough to catch another Verizon store near us to rectify the situation. We were sent a text that said they were moving the number to a new phone and before we could even respond it was done and we were locked out of our account. I called Verizon corporate and told them the situation - they tried reaching out to the store manager but the store has the phone number go to a corporate loop number so you never get anyone which they assured me was wrong. From explaining the situation it did not sound like protocol was followed and it was probably an inside job. I was given the name of the regional manager and finally relented to reaching out to him via linked in. He assured me someone would reach out. They did not. Nor did he return my follow up. We're so lucky the store near us helped and the customer service was great and no issues getting someone on the phone there. Very lucky we were able to transfer the number back before the criminal did major damage to our credit.

The absolute beat service I have ever received from Verizon. Jerry is the most professed and helpful manager ever. So very impressed with the professionalism of this staff.
