I normally have a great experience with this Vons, but today was not it. The woman who helped me Bre was very rude. She not only upcharged me on two items, but she put me on the defense when checking me out. She rushed my whole experience & was not pleasant at all. Horrible customer service.

This Vons is clean and organized. The staff is nice and helpful. The isles are big enough so on crowded days it doesn’t seem too crowded. They have a lot of variety of goods and they also have a bakery and deli. Overall it was a good experience coming here.

This store has by far the worst produce department I've ever seen! Do not recommend going here.
No organic fruit, strawberries,blueberries,pineapple.

This was a quick trip for some ingredients needed for a dinner. They had the carrots and potatoes to complere the meal. It was easy to get the food, pay for it quickly and get back home.

I hate coming here now since the cashier Buddy or whatever his real name is tried to fight me or check me like I was his son when I did nothing but be a valued shopper here since I was 14 in 28 now and he is the only person to ever disrespect me and made me not buy what I was planning to

Don't mention you take Apple Pay when you don't spent an hour in store and couldn't pay because Apple Pay don't work at least put a note to warn your customers. Manager says maybe you should always have your card with you and tells me it's Wells Fargo not Apple Pay then what TF would I need the card for.

Great store. A little smaller than most Vons I've been to, but still has everything I want or need. Friendly staff. Great environment. Not enough parking around the holidays, but that's not their fault.

I have been coming to this store for years and generally like it. It has a bakery, deli, sushi place etc The aisles are wide and open and there is also a US bank branch inside. The reason why I'm deducting stars .... there were a bunch of empty shelves, so you could see underneath and the areas just didn't look clean, there was rust and it looked grimey.

Seriously, fresh sushi. I am absolutely impressed by this Vons. I don’t live in this city, but every time I come back, I will make sure to come here just to buy the sushi.

This is the only place I can consistently find Schweppes ginger ale. Clean, friendly staff, my only issue is they don't have a self checkout station.

Horrible customer service. Needed to get a money order done and they can't be bothered to call a manager to the front to do it but would rather say the customer service center is closed and continue to chat and giggle away at the registers. A bunch of grown women acting like this.
