I'm surprised to see such low stars! I've been coming to this Walgreens for years. They always have what I'm looking for in stock. Most recently I've been printing pictures and Alex was super helpful. As an elder millennial (ha!) I had some trouble figuring out the "how to" process. Alex was informative, patient and super fast in getting me my prints. The store is clean and I'm always in and out quickly. Shout out to Alex for helping to me get everything I needed

9/6 3:45- Pharmacy- just left this one and the pharmacist was extremely rude. The sweet lady working the front was working her tail off while asking for something from someone in the back multiple times. Lady (white coat) in the back was laughing it up while the line backed up to over 5 people, and I heard her talking about someone's workers comp. Was there to pick up a prescription with a discount code from my doctor that they filled last month for about $12 using the discount code. This month the hard worker was looking around trying to figure it out as to why it wasn't ringing up with the discount. Lady in the white coat said they haven't done that for over a year on this specific medication when I reminded her it was done last month. She was extremely rude about it when I asked her why and where this was stated, especially when it was done 30 days ago, but they "haven't done that for over a year." I felt bad for the hardworker so instead paid $50 so I didn't hold up the line. Will not be going back, feel really bad for the first worker.

Staff is clueless about regulations and the head of the pharmacy is a complete idiot. Rude, condescending, and stupid. A combination that should never exist in a pharmacy.

On Haven Ave off the 210 Fwy.There's no front parking, but there is parking around the store.Employees are always smiling and friendly here.Went by to see how much Lactaid chewables cost here. $22 for 60 tablets. It was a bit more than another store that I shop at. I guess you pay for convenience.

We'll never thought I would have to make a review about a pharmacy. My wife gets really bad migraines. Twice now we have had to go there for her prescription. Both times they have been really rude. It seems as though they are mad that you are there to get the meds. Both times they have had a reason to not fill the prescription. The first time I went back to the urgent care and had them fix it. That seemed to make them even more irritated at us. The second time my wife went in and again same thing. They said it would take a couple hours and didn't recommended waiting in the meds. We explained we were going out of town and had to have the meds that evening. When we went back they had found another resin to not fill the same prescription we had previously had filled there. By this time the doctors office is closed and they were closing in 20 minutes. I asked if they could send the prescription to a 24 hour pharmacy and they said they couldn't do that, the other pharmacy would have to request the prescription they couldn't just send it. They make you feel as if your in the wrong for needing meds. I wish I could give a minus 5 star review. Whatever you do don't go here. Walgreens please look into getting some pharmacist who want to help people and aren't on a power trip. It's un human how they act.

Its frustrating as a customer and a Doordash/Ubereats, Instacart driver that's there's zero signal in this store. To communicate with family or a customer by text to swap items. I need to go every time to the front of the store. Please get WIFI

I called 1-800-Walgreens to complain about a huge delay in my medication and to also complain about an employee (Pharmacist actually) who is always rude to me when I call. This is how Walgreens handled the situation: They had the person I was complaining about call me and and ask me what happened. I went into great detail and of course, she made 1,000 excuses why Walgreens hadn't filled my medication and blamed my doctors office. Nope! Take responsibility, Walgreens!Then, I told her about the three complaints I had about the Pharmacist and at the end she said, "This is Blessy. I don't recall any of that happening!" Of course you don't, Blessy! I have witnesses to the three events and a recording! Nice try! Why would Walgreens have someone who was named in the complaint call the person?! I'm done with Walgreens! After 40 years being with them, goodbye!

I always order my photos through the mobile app.I had placed an order for some magnets to use as Christmas gifts a few weeks back & only had received half my order,.. the lady working & the manager Savannah, helped me out. They helped me look the receipt up on my app (I had no idea you could do that) & gave me a full refund.. no hassle, without even having to ask.. Thank you! It's the little things that matter most & the customer service was excellent!

I am reviewing this because I did have COVID. I think at some level WALGREENS should be held legally responsible for the way they do businesses. I leave that up to hungry attorneys.I'll start here at a a simple question. If you have someone you care about, love them or say you care about my recommendation is not to reply on Walgreens at all.This coming from a man who was a caretaker for a man 10 years of his Parkinson's life I never used Walgreens very often but did not find out just how bad WALGREENS was till I needed to use them as a Pharmacy when contracting COVID. TODAY I finally got to get my medication almost 5 days after my initial need for the meds. Sadly I would not wish WALGREENS their app or website on my worst enemy. That's saying alot considering that I have been in IT SINCE 2001 and marketing shortly thereafter. Their website and App is sadly the worst I have ever seen. Again here are my recommendations. Do not trust WALGREENS from a man who decided to trust them I will assure you it could have been the death of me. I believe it will and could be because of their negligence the death of others we well.If it was not for me REEVALUATE myself at a urgent care and getting all the medication reissued through CVS I may not even be here to share with you how bad WALGREENS was. Here is where WALGREENS FAILS.1. THEY HAD NO DESIRE TO HELP ME WITH MY PRESCRIPTION OTHER THAN TO CONTINUALLY DIVERT BACK TO THEIR WEBSITE OR APP. MY QUESTION IS FOR THE Elderly OR THE TECHNOLOGY LACKING. WHAT DO THEY DO.2. A MANAGER COULD NOT HELP ME.3. Multiple requests left me with no medications4. The only way I got my prescriptions was to drive through the window after I was no longer sick and no longer needed the medication.I BELIEVE WALGREENS FAILED MISERABLY.I BELIEVE WALGREENS LIKE RADIOSHACK SHOULD HANG UP THEIR BUSINESS.I BELIEVE IF YOU CARE ABOUT YOURSELF, OR A LOVED ONE YOU WILL NOT TRUST WALGREENS WITH THIS EXPERIENCE I AM SHARING.If you do well don't say you have not been warned.

Had an appointment for a flu shot, came in 10 minutes before my appointment time, still need to wait for 45 minutes Everyone seems so busy, this is the worst wait I've ever had for a flu shot!!
