The guys working here are unskilled and sloppy. I brought my tire in off vehicle to get a warranty repair. First off, the road hazard warranty is a joke -- never again! The guys here plainly told me they didn't want to warranty it because it was a lot of trouble, and they were busy. I had to insist on a manager just to get service. When I finally talked to a manager, and they agreed to do the work the guy in the bay measured the old tire wrong. He took it down from 6/32 to 3/32 so I barely had any credit whatsoever. I know this because I was sent from the Upland store where they didn't have the replacement in stock. So I tell the guy to show me how he measured it. He was reading the tire gauge wrong, and he didn't even know where to check the lines on it. By that time I had been there hours, and it had beat me down. Instead of asking for a manager again and waiting yet another hour, I opted to just take the replacement with the minimal $10 credit and bail from this dump. What it taught me is not to buy tires here. Ever. I got ripped off!

Super bad experience. I went to the auto center to make an appointment after ensuring the tire availability. I offered to pay first, but they told me I had to pay after the service. But when I returned my car for the tire change on the appointment day, they told me they had sold my tires, and they didn't have any tires of the same size. And they don’t answer customer service line.

Please don't go there. We went there for a "quick oil change". And the vehicle started to leaking oil in two weeks. Reason? Oil filter came loose. They didn't bother to screw it tight.

Staff (NEVER) answers the phone. You decide to drive over to them anyway. You arrive and they are out of numerous oil filters and and half of their vehicle oil. No one knows when the items will be restocked and no one cares if they get restocked. If that's not enough, they are disgruntled, irrational, have disgusting attitudes and address customer's as if the customer is wrong for attempting to spend their money at Walmart's Auto Care Center. They should appropriately change their name to:Walmart's Auto CARELESS CenterThe nerve of these employees and their management. Save your time and energy by avoiding this deteriorating establishment.

Most unreliable auto care center ever, they deserve a medal for how bad they suck it's really crazy, not just do you have to leave your car they always say 1 hour min to wait for an OIL CHANGE and my car is old so it'll turn off it still works just fine and they said they couldn't change my oil cause of that but cars are off anyways when getting an oil change. It's mind blowing how bad they suck at an easy ass job. Oil change should take 15 min and you can sit in the car. I called at least 20 times before going in and no one answers the phone. They need more qualified people for such an easy ass job. Really blows me. Pick up the phone and change the oil it's simple as 2+2 and abc and the manger don't give a fuck enough

When the automotive center is supposed to open at 7:00 a.m. and it's almost 7:25 before they actually open. ??? . My standards are pretty low but I've been around probably 10-15 Walmart auto centers around the country and this was probably the worst experience overall.

I went there early in the morning. They only had one person working who was qualified and asked if I wanted to return the next day instead of waiting 2 hours for an oil change. I accepted. I was first in line the next day and they had the same problem. They need to hire more people. There isn't even a help wanted sign. Furthermore, they charged me extra because they were out of the oil filter that my car needed, but the Walmart had it, so they charged me more. This incentives the auto care center manager to mismanage his or her inventory to maximize profits. This is why I recommend avoiding this place until Walmart changes their policies or shuts down their auto care centers.

I want to file a formal complaint. I searched for Walmart oil change and I was directed to Auto Care Center at 12549 Foothill Blvdp Rancho Cucamonga, Ca 91739. The hours are 7:00 am to 7:00 pm. I was waiting for assistance since 4:30 pm which is 2 1/2 hrs before closing. A mechanic after a while came to say all the mechanics were sent home early and there was noone available to do an oil change. My 1st complaint is false advertisement, My 2nd complaint is the center failed to assist me even though they knew I was waiting since 4:30 and they already wrote up the ticket and then apparently canceled it - that is Not Good Customer Service.

Online tires order, scheduled me friday at 7am.on onlineWent there at 7am!but they said mechanic come 10am.Rescheduled me Saturday 1pm. Noticed no 4 caps.Need more improvement.
