Never had an issue here. Love the text reminders, online refill, and mailing options. More open hours recently too ??

Not sure why all the employees have to take lunch at the same time. No one wants to arrive at a business during their normal business hours and to be told you have to wait an hour if you need a prescription you might be in a great amount of pain!! Walmart employees can only tell you, their two different entities. People working in public service should know more about customer service!

Jared in the pharmacy department was a rockstar. He was very helpful and made sure that the medical product that my dog needs would be there. I was having an emergency if the insulin syringes was not available for the next injection. Jared made it happen.

I must say I don't like coming to Walmart because of the employees that work there. Most of them are very rude. I only reason I do go in is because of the service I get in their pharmacy. The girls that work there are very kind and have always gone out of their way for me. Even the male is very kind. The pharmacists explain in detail what I need to know. And I did thank the female pharmacist for getting me off some medication that could become dangerous after 65. My doctor never told me. Thanks to Val and Abby. Will continue to come there. Thanks for all of your help and kindness! Laurie

I've never felt the need to file a complaint until now. I call the store and try to get transferred to the electronics section to see if they have an item in stock. No one answers of course. I circle through their phone system four times, each time having to be transferred to the electronics department again and again. Finally someone answers, but to my surprise, they just hang up! They literally picked up and hung up the phone! I call back, circling the system again, and someone answers and hangs up again! I have to drive down to the store myself and look for the item, and of course they don't have it. I'm fed up so I leave and try to call the store again demanding to speak to a manager. And of course, no manager is around to answer my call. Whoever is working in electronics needs to be replaced. I understand that departments get busy but this is unacceptable and just pure laziness.

Sooo... waited in line like any adult would wait. Was 1st in line. An older lady went to check out before me but the pharmacist was rude to her and told her to get in line, behind me. The lady told me to come on over so she can then be helped. So I walked over and the pharmacist walks away, so I ask, if she's going to help me? Or should I get back in line? As now I was confused? Pharmacist asks me "if I had a question?" I said "no, I need to purchase nicorette gum, that's locked up." Instead of explaining to the lady she's talking to behind the wall, she tells her to get me something w the key. Lady, name tag said Vickey, then snaps at me and says "you need to get in THAT line" um.. okay, "I already was in that line." I told her. She then rolls her eyes and stomps to the nicorette gum area muttering "well I didn't know." VERY unprofessional, not in one moment kind, be IDK, pleasant. I mean people say it's Walmart, what do you expect? Well, as a customer, I expect some good service. Really wasn't a good experience today at Walmart Pharmacy. Sad as I am always recommending my patients to use this Walmart pharmacy when they ask what's the closest pharmacy? Guess I'll be sending them to other pharmacies that are local. Sad.

I came in to fill some prescriptions this evening. I really appreciated how kind and helpful Val was. She answered all my questions. She was quick to process my prescriptions and very kind. I always appreciate good service. The prices here are pretty much the lowest around which is nice considering how expensive everything is.

If you like having your time wasted, this is the place for you. I went in to fill a new prescription and was told the wait was an hour long. That was understandable, considering how busy the store was. What really pissed me off, though, was that I waited for the full hour just to hear that my med wasn't covered by my insurance at their pharmacy. A Tech mentioned that someone tried to call me to inform me of the issue, but I know that's BS because I never received a call. I know for a damn fact they had correctly entered my phone number into their patient database because I immediately received a text message from their text alert system after the first Tech took my info. After I didn't receive a text when the hour-long wait was up, I approached the counter and asked if I needed to wait for an alert or if someone could check on my prescription. My fill wasn't ready so the Tech went back to ask for its status. Only then was I informed of the insurance issue. I was told I could pay out of pocket but I would have had to wait on pricing, plus the time it would take for them to actually fill the prescription. I had already wasted enough time there and needed to be somewhere else, so I just took my prescription back and walked away empty-handed. Thanks to Walmart, that's a fraction of my life I'll never fricken get back. After my new insurance kicks in, I know which pharmacy I will NOT be using.
