Horrible customer service. I called a manager over because one of their stupid associates decided she was going to shove my cart down into the main aisles right after I was in the restroom for barely 5 minutes. When I came around the corner I saw it just rolling down the aisle and could have hit someone. She walked away smirking. (Barbara) was no help, one of the so-called managers that was called over. She just justified what the idiot worker did and acted all blase. She just said very demeaningly that it was like a personal item..referring to my full milkshake in the cart. I have no way of knowing if the worker messed with it. Not only that, they have zero selection for any kind of dress clothes for women, everything looks picked over and looks like a thrift store. Now I remember why I stopped shopping here. It's pretty bad when san bernardino has a way better selection and customer service hands down. This location is run down and in need of a renovation.

My biggest complaint about Walmart is they are starting to lock up everything. I completely understand locking things to ensure that people are not stealing. However, your customers shouldn’t have to wait 15 to 20 minutes for someone to come and unlock the cabinets for you.

Customer service department most of the time claims the system is dow. Employees work too slow and they do not have the best attitude. Expect to wait 30 minutes or more waiting.
Also don't try to pay at the garden cash register they speed is "turtle slow". Be prepera to spent 15 to 20 minutes ifyou decided to pay there!

I mean it's a Walmart what do you expect. Plenty of parking, lots of cheap stuff and shady people walking around. I always go there for their amazing selection of candy and cleaning products.
