I had to get some money for a couple red envelopes as gifts to my Mom (Grandparents Day) and nephew (birthday). This Wells Fargo was close to closing time at noon, but I made it within the chinny chin chin at 10 minutes till noon. Can you believe there was still a long line... believe it! I just needed a few $100 bills so I used their ATM inside hoping it disburses the big bills and it did. Thank you Wells Fargo for coming through. I didn't have to stand in line as there was one available ATM for use. The other ATM was preoccupied by someone else. Yes, they have 2 ATMs inside. Inside ATMs were great that they disburse the needed bills, but they only accept 30 bills at a time for deposit which is a drag because you gotta do multiple transactions if you have $300 in $1 dollar bills. Hopefully, they will make all their ATM machines to be consistent across the board one of these days.

I wanted to close my checking account with Wells Fargo, and I like to do things in person because sometimes doing things online or over the phone can be complicated or take too much time. So I intentionally went to this branch to do it. I walk in and there's absolutely nobody waiting in line. There are two tellers and one of them waves me over. I tell her that I would like to close my checking account and then she tells me that I can call customer service or do it over the app. I was taken by surprise a little because I've closed accounts in person at other banks, so I was thinking that she could do it right away. So I left thinking that maybe it's just a Wells Fargo policy, but as I was driving off, I remembered reading online that one of the options was to do it in person at a branch (see photo). By that time, I just left, but I was extremely annoyed. I came home and did it on their website, which was indeed quick, but that's beside the point. I was already there in person, so I'm not sure why she couldn't just do it there especially since their website says that's one of the ways I could close the account. If there were a huge line of customers, I'd get why she would try to just have me do it on my own, but there was ZERO people in line. So it seems like she just didn't want to do any work. They LITERALLY just lost a customer!

Time is posted WRONG ONLINE...please update so people don't waste their time driving to your location thinking you are open until 6pm when you are actually CLOSED! We can't be wasting gas these days! ?

First time in this location . Three tellers open attending to customers and I'm 5th in line @3:15 pm . I'm 4th @3:20 pm in line since one customer left got tired of waiting . One customer left teller@3:21. Now only 2 tellers open @3:21 3:22 I'm 3rd in line 3 24 one teller open 3:25 2 tellers open , I'm 2nd in line and 6 customers behind me behind me 3:28 3 tellers open, now, I'm 1st in line and 7 people behind me 3:29 yeahhhhhh I'm next and I'm done

12 windows. 9 customers in line. 1 teller. The people who work here are great. Never a complaint. But the staffing is unreasonable. Every time I come here there's a line that takes an hour just because the staffing is unreasonably low.

Sitting in handicap for over a half an hour every time I come here. Everybody that was in the line when I got here which was a pretty long line is gone so I had to leave and never did get any help. Recommend you go out your way to go to another Wells Fargo or just get another account at another bank.

No more pandemic to be the cause of delay . This branch had proven so many times to me that they have poor service . They don't adjust to the customers need . No one is aware none of the employees that line is getting longer . One customer takes 15-30 minutes long transaction as I observed . Yes they can be so friendly still but they have to look at the line and adjust to the need of the customer at the moment . There are still a lot of Wells Fargo branches Don't ever go to this bank unless you have all the time in the world to spare .

Unbelievable delays. Went to the bank on Wednesday March 2nd to make a deposit. Got there at 1:20 PM. Large line, I was number 10 in line for 2 tellers, TWO TELLERS? What the? Ok deal with it I said. 38 minutes later and after watching other employees walk around, talk on cell phones, laugh and giggle as the line was bigger and bigger every minute, had to say something. Talk to the MGR and she said short staff. Really? I saw 5 other people doing nothing. Oh and that 38 minute wait, my deposit took 20 seconds, yep I timed it, 20 seconds. Not an excuse, not enough staff, hire or roll up your selves and get on a window. Anyone else agree??

Honestly forget Wells Fargo, the clowns have the audacity to not give me any type of notification or indication that I have no funds in the account and rather than to let me know they continued to overdraft fee me until I was over 80$ in fees, when I asked for a return they said they can only return up to 25% these guys are thieving criminals do not do business with Wells Fargo!! They also give out your info to other companies without you knowing, this is not a lie, they were even sued for it a few years ago.

I earlier posted a bad review but your teller Kyrillos saved it. I came in upset already cause I had just let go of an entire staff from a local restaurant I run. I was upset and he really made me feel like I wasn't the only one going through it. So sorry for the attitude young man. I realize we are all in this and maybe you had just a bad day as me.

Stay away from this branch especially if you are elderly. My dad went to this branch to request a bank statement and one of the male brokerage associates told him he needed an appointment even though there was no one there and he was not assisting anyone. Then he tried to bully him into setting up a mobile account even though my dad does not know how to use one. He was very rude and my dad was very disappointed with the service he received here.

Abraham G is great! He help me with my business account needs and answered all of my questions in detail. I never felt rushed at all. I have been with Wells Fargo for many years, and because of how I have always been treated I will continue to bank with them for years to come. Thanks Abe!

I have been going to this bank for over 10 years and the customer service has always been head and shoulders above the rest. Every one is not only very polite but extremely knowledgable. If you're looking to avoid long lines and dreary bank employees - look no further. You'll be in and out of the bank at this branch with all the info you needed. Best Wells Fargo Bank in Rancho Cucamonga by far.
