They actually answer their phone! I tried calling 6 different branches to ask a quick question and they're the only ones that answered!

Every time I walk in to this location I leave frustrated and wanting to close my account. The tellers make me feel like I'm bothering them and they can never answer basic questions. I inquired on what was needed to open an account and they told me to wait for a banker. Why couldn't she have looked it up on their website to at least make an effort? The location on Foothill has much better customer service. They should shut this location down and put up more ATMs- it would be cheaper for Wells and provide the same service.

The worst! Got here at 8:30am and walked in at 9am only to nobody being behind the cashier. Waited until 9:10am and called the main number. It was weird because even the glass door to go to the back was open so we were suspicious and they sent the police department. At 9:20 the police department and a teller arrives scared. Then she said they were closed pointing to a letter size white paper at about 6 ft high on the door. Hm you were closed but everything is open? If we were crooks we could have done something wrong but nope called it in. She shooos us out without even a thank you?! None of our business to you.

Fantastic location for personal or business transaction. I personally do business here and this branch is my go to. The bankers here are excellent at their jobs and second to none as far as customer service! They are very professional, polite, and most importantly they know and care about their customers! I have had BOFA most of my life but past three years of being with Wells, I don't want to go back to BOFA. Highly recommend wells and this Branch in particular!!!!

Long line of 5-10 customers while two females in the back desks having a convo and visibly see the line. No attention no we will be right with you. Sad to say one is the manager.

My job messed up on my commission so they overnighted me a paper check. I go in to cash the check they tell me to sit down I waited for 47 mins they come back and told me they couldn't verify the funds. Coming to find out I work very closely with WF for my job they looked into it and told me the check info was input incorrectly. I go to another Wells Fargo and they cashed the check no problem. The manager was rude and made me feel like a criminal for trying g to retrieve the money I worked my butt off for! Pretty sad maybe they need new tellers and managers ridiculously unprofessional!

Went in to deposit a check as for cash back. Wouldn't allow To get cash back. Ask manger to make a exception she didn't care one bit I had no $ for the day. Going change banks they don't give a shit about there. Customers

Our family is a customer of Wells Fargo for a while now. We have always had fair service there until today. We went in at 5:30 to extend our checking account to include a savings account as well and was told they didn't have time. The branch closes at 6:00. There were not any bankers with customers and no one was waiting to be seen, so I'm not sure why there wasn't enough time. Called corporate but people need to be aware that the customer service is not acceptable. We were in there last week and opened a savings account for a preexisting checking account and were treated wonderfully. It didn't take any time at all!

I deposited a check to my Wells Fargo account 6 days ago. My bank account showed the deposit but they did not tell me why the check funds were not available. I called the bank and I was told that the name on the account did not match to the name on the check . It was a minimum spelling adjustment needed. They asked me to go and bring them some paperwork to be able to do the proper adjustments. I drove all the way to the branch and spent a total of 1 1/2 hrs with them. The bank rep's name was Ramiro.... what a waste of time. He called his main office and he told me that they needed additional documentation. I never got my check back . They said that it will be mailed back to me .. 2 weeks now and I have not received it back yet. Instead they called me to tell me that they were going to resubmit it to my account again . I got 20% of the funds and I'm still waiting for the rest . 2 weeks later. The bank could had avoided all this if they sent me the check back or just called me in to do the proper corrections.. they did not wanted to do the corrections and they are still thinking about it..

Suzy was an amazing help. I was depositing several checks and she was so patient and helpful. She kept telling me to take my time. It was past 6 pm and the bank had closed. Yet she was so sweet and kind. I honestly have never had such a banking experience. Let alone, never thought I'd help a bank. Thank you Suzy!

I've been using Wells Fargo bank for over 19 years during that time frame they have caused me a lot of anguish because of their problems and procedures. As you can tell I've been very patient. But the last straw happened yesterday when my business credit card was declined with several of my customers. When I called Wells Fargo to ask them why my card was being declined when I have a large balance they said they had a glitch in the system that was declining credit cards. I asked them if they would at least send me a note that I could show to my creditors showing that it was not my fault and that I still have good credit and they told me they can't do that they would rather keep the whole thing quiet what kind of bank is this. They have brought their customer service to a new low,on second thought I don't think they can go much lower

I went into the bank today to cash my check, like I always do. The worker there name Susie was extremely rude and lacked costumer service! Susie insinuated that I was cashing a check that wasn't mine. When I clearly had my PICTURE I.D that has all of my information on it. Her supervisor than came up to us and said that my debit card was under another name that wasn't mine. So again, I showed him my Check that has MY name on it and also showed my PICTURE I.D that matches the information on my check. When I gave him all of this information he said that someone by the name Jesse was popping up? Not sure how that is possible when clearly my debit card has MY NAME , my picture I.d has MY NAME , and my check has MY NAME on it. I have cashed my check at Wells Fargo for a very long time consistently and have never had a issue? I'm not sure what was wrong with this staff and why they made things so difficult. I ended things by telling them that I would go to another bank. And the response I got was "okay :)" in a very phony tone. Pretty shocked that I've banked with Wells Fargo for years and this is how I get treated? I walked out of the bank with my check not cashed and will be switching banks due to being accused of cashing a check that wasn't mine when I clearly had all of the appropriate info needed.

Jia is knowledgeable, efficient and professional. I've been to many other Wells Fargo locations and they are always pressuring me to open accounts, talk to mortgage specialists, financial advisors etc. I just need to handle business & be on my way, thank you for being so efficient!
