I will continue coming to this Highland location. Came here with an appointment to wire funds. Gary Lam helped me. He was so nice and works efficiently. I rarely go inside banks unless I have no choice because it gives me anxiety. Not sure if he could tell I was nervous but I am grateful that he was the one who helped me!

Samy at this Wells Fargo branch helped us open an account today. He was very nice and professional. He answered all of our questions. The other staff we interacted with were also very nice. We highly recommend this branch!

Came here before 11:00am on Saturday. There's a sign that says they are closed on Saturdays so the hours on Yelp is incorrect. They're open 9-5pm Monday-Friday. The bank doesn't maintain the Yelp account so just three stars as mid rating.

I know this is pretty much what you expect from any large bank. There is no accountability and no one really seems to care I received a check from State Farm for a homeowners claim. Check made out to myself, husband and mortgage holder, (which happened to be Wells Fargo) After reading the instructions I called our local branch to make sure they would be able to process the check. I mean just deposit it not cash. The girl I spoke with assured me we were good, no appointment necessary. Stood in line for 15 minutes and then were told no manager on site and they could not help us. Offered to have an appointment at another branch but it was not going to work with our schedule. Not one apology for the wrong information, time wasted and inconvenience

I have been going to this bank for over 10 years and the customer service has always been head and shoulders above the rest. Every one is not only very polite but extremely knowledgable. If you're looking to avoid long lines and dreary bank employees - look no further. You'll be in and out of the bank at this branch with all the info you needed. Best Wells Fargo Bank in Rancho Cucamonga by far.

This bank is the worst in customer service! I needed a bank that wasnt too far from my job because of the long hours I work. I stopped in for a quick question and the girl (I don't remember her name) sitting at the desk off to the left was so kind and extremely customer service oriented, that I decided THIS branch was exactly what I was looking for to serve my banking needs. It takes me about 20 min of driving time on a good day. Trying to get here before they closed on two other days was unsuccessful. Today, I took off early from work (which I've never done before) to make sure I was there way before closing time, 6pm, which were the hours listed on the front door. I arrive at 5:02 and the guard tells me they are closed and points to a piece of paper stating they close at 5pm which was not on the door at my last attempt to make it before closing time. I asked if they could please help me because I just drove 20 min to get here and I really needed to make a withdrawal from a bank teller. A heavy set lady with long wavy brunette hair approached the door and said we're closed and pointed to a sign that wasn't there on my last attempt. I explained how important it was to make a withdrawal and that I took off early from work to make sure that I didn't miss closing time. She just said no and closed the door. I found her attitude extremely rude. I was assured that the employees of THIS bank go over and beyond for their customers. I arrived at 5:02 with a couple customers still inside the bank and I was still turned away. Seriously? At 5:02? I guess it REALLY shows a customer how they go OVER AND BEYOND for them. They could have helped me. I was the only person outside at the time. So, thank you Wells Fargo bank that is located in the Ralph's parking lot off day creek and the 210 freeway for showing me how important we are as customers. I certainly will NOT be doing any other business with this bank.P.S. Wow! I just read a lot of negative reviews after my initial posting! I never read reviews because I always base my actions on personal experience. Now, its obvious I should have read the reviews before choosing THIS particular bank.

BEWARE. I know it's not the branches fault, but I deposited some money here through the ATM. The next day, I got a text message from Wells Fargo, that there were some unusual transactions made from that ATM. Some maggot had installed a reader into the machine I used, & was able to withdrawal $160.00 Twice from my account within minutes of each other. I called WF, and they cancelled my card, and deposited $320.00 back in my account. Like I say, it's not the banks fault, in fact, had I not got a text from WF, I might not have found out for awhile. I did appreciate the speed in which they reimbursed my acct. Just be aware of this branches ATM'S!

Horrible customer service took my son to open an account and the young lady Megan Garcia was completely rude. Treated us horrible and we were wasting her tIme. I will be closing my personal and business account.
