Love this Vons for online orders thru the app. They usually make great replacements and I'm grateful for that. They don't go over what I originally paid. Sometimes I get about to expire deli meats though and produce that has seen better days. I wish those selections could be better! Otherwise, I really appreciate the order pickers!! Thank you! Also, doesn't take long for pick up in my experience.

Background: We aren't from Rancho Cucamonga, we came last night Dec.17,2023. Stopped to get snacks to wait in the long lines for the 8287 Thoroughbred St Christmas Lights. I was in all black and cardigan we walked in and were racially profiled by this white bigger sized/tall asl well w/ white hair male was following us around and asked rudely what was it that we were there for! we just got chips and paid for them!!!! Guy with glasses at service center was nice and atleast directed me find the restroom. And going back to being profiled all 3 of us are US born citizens, they are lighter skinned, I am a little more tan and my partner is in the USMC.

You know... I've been coming to this Ons since I was 14 and I'm 35 now and the service has gotten progressively worse over the years. There is consistency with the cashiers because they are predominantly the same people. I went in today for a quick collect and the guy I asked for western Union looked confused and pretty much like he's being forced to work. He called over the intercom and a woman with glasses and braids came out and my back was turned and she said, "What do you need?" I'm sorry, am I bothering you? I then told her I needed a "quick collect" firm. "Whats that?" she asks me... Uhm YOU work here, right?! I said, "I need to pay a bill and I need the blue quick collect form." She just stares with her arms in a shrug position.... I said, "it's western Union. Her response... "That's at 10:30." Where has the customer service gone where people just speak to people ANY kind of way. No professionalism or decorum. Just rude and matter-of-fact. I get the younger people because they are "special" breed, not excusing them, but these adults... omg... Vons do better with your employee selection. I didn't ask ANY of you to take this job so don't treat customers like we are responsible for your life choices. YOU chose this job..... YOU.

I've recently relocated to Rancho Cucamonga and have been shopping at this Vons pretty exclusively. Up until now, the employees have been friendly and competent. I got into a checkout line with a short, dark haired woman named Sarah. First of all, she was chatting with the bagger and didn't even bother to acknowledge me. Ok, no big deal. I noticed that the Gatorade wasn't ringing up on the 10 for $10 and asked if it was a digital coupon that I needed to clip. She didn't even answer and the bagger finally said it should come off at the end. Then she scanned my chicken that had a manager's coupon on it but didn't remove the coupon to scan it. I nicely asked if she had seen the coupon on the chicken and she responded "It will come off at the end" with a sarcastic attitude. I know that's not the case with the manager coupon so I said that it was a manager's discount coupon. At this point the bagger takes the chicken out and gets the coupon to give to the cashier. She tries to scan it and I don't hear any beep, but I felt hesitant to say anything else because of how rude and reactive this cashier was being. So I paid and walked out. When I checked my receipt outside, none of the discounts had been applied. So I have to come back in and take it to the customer service desk. Luckily I had an extremely nice and helpful employee named Louis who quickly fixed it and refunded my money. Sarah needs an attitude adjustment, though. Maybe a job in customer service isn't the best choice for her.

Florists at this VONS are lazy , rolled their eyes at the fact of having to work, wouldn't engage at all in customer service or help with any questions! Major thumbs down

After having a very poor experience with Dana, a checker, in which she was rude, condescending and hateful, then mocked me when I said I would shop elsewhere, I definitely intended not too return but have had to on a couple of occasions. Last week I returned some corn on the cob which my daughter had hurriedly grabbed, and three unopened boxes of tea. Every ear of corn was tiny, dry and undeveloped; and I'm surprised Von's would even put it out for sale. I asked Dana if I could exchange it, and she said yes; but the few ears of corn that were available were also bad. So I took it to the register for a refund. When it was my turn, Dana gave me a hateful glare rather than greet me, then literally jerked the receipts out of my hand. She took my receipts to the next cashier and whispered to her, pointing to my receipts, as though I had done something illegal. She was told to refund my money, so she returned to her register and wrote all over my receipts. She then announced that she owed me $6 after refunding the returned items and charging me for two new items. I do not believe she was correct, but I cannot prove it as one of my old receipts was faded due to getting wet, and due to the fact that she did not give me a new receipt. She handed me the $6, then SLAPPED the old receipts down on the counter in front of me; and I gladly left without engaging in a conversation with her. The manager was made aware of the previous incident, but her attitude hasn't changed. She should spend some time in training for good customer service at least.

I've been a Vons Customer for about 47 years started out in Upland on Foothill and Euclid and I've noticed Boy has it changed Now you go to the store and nobody cares or they acted like your Bothering them Produce Dept is NEVER Stocked with produce and the Deli always has Rude People especially the new people working there Their TERRIBLE no wonder they don't last long I've been shopping at Albertsons down the street and they always have Fresh Produce and the Deli Employees are Nice and willing to help you I LOVED shopping at Vons but who Has Time to go Shopping ALL Day I Don't

It's a bummer that Von's Deli employees are SO RUDE!! Yesterday I asked the deli worker if they had a deli meat with no additives and she said no very rudely and took a deep sigh as if She was annoyed. It made me feel uncomfortable. This is the 4th time their deli department has treated me this way and I have spoken to the manager twice already and it does not get better.

I recieved exceptional service from Rosa today. I just wanted to thank her here. The staff is always great. Everyone knows me I'm a regular they always greet me with a smile! Thank you again Rosa!!

the worst store I have ever been to loves to rip there customers off and have no reguards for customer service... always have products with a tag way lower then they are and over charges you at the register will never go there ever again it's sucks

Can you please update your stock more often? And can it be with food that is NOT expired. On two separate occasions i came here and shopped and i picked up expired food. It'd be nice to see more fresh food items rather than none or expired.

Honestly I would rate it zero stars if I could because a worker named Melissa has horrible customer service and is very disrespectful. She had a real bad attitude and I don't believe I'll ever go back because of it. Asked her a simple question and it went horrible due to her attitude

I want to thank the employees today that took quick action against some very disrespectful teens. There were 3 boys that were riding scooters through the market, they ran into an elderly customer, left their scooters in the middle of the aisle while looking at ice cream and ran into my cart coming out of an aisle.
