Went to exchange some pants I ordered online its always an easy process at any windsor we go none have ever denied us an exchange, at this one the lead/supervisor in charge today nov 11 @ around 650pm gave us an extremely difficult time to exchange them, saying their manager doesnt allow any type of exchanges at their store. One of the cashiers stepped in and was super helpful and managed for us to get the exchange, as she was doing the exchange the lead/supervisor threatened her with a write up. Ive worked retail and understand policy's but like ive said we've always done exchanges at all other windosor's without any issue and was a first hearing that we couldn't exchange the pants when we no longer have the debit card I purchased them with, but to threaten an employee with a write up for providing great customer service in front of the customer is very unprofessional. This review is 2 stars for the way the supervisor/lead handled the situation.

I went to buy a dress for an upcoming bachelorette party and of course it was their busiest time of year… Homecoming season!
Although it was busy, and everyone was waiting patiently to try on dresses, the staff was extremely helpful and kind. I had questions about sizing options and online shopping. Unfortunately my dress wasn’t available online but Ebony and Megan were sooo helpful and accommodating with my situation! I really appreciated the kindness and customer service! Thank you sooo much ladies, and thank you Windsor for hiring kind staff.

I love coming here whether it’s slow or busy, the staff is always attentive and helpful. The girls who work here have helped me put together several outfits for different occasions, and they always go above and beyond. This is one of my favorite places to shop!

Came in here earlier this week, they have such cute clothes definitely summer ready! Had Tiffany help my sister and I with questions we had she was so sweet and had such great attitude! Was very attentive to our needs!

Dad here taking his 2 high schoolers and their friend dress shopping. My girls lived the vast selection of dresses compared to Temecula Promenade location. Located in Victoria Gardens, real convenient being that it's not an indoor mall but outside storefronts. You could literally park your vehicle right in front go shopping and your feet wouldn't hurt as too the walking you do in a male setting.

Went to the store with my mom because she needed a matching piece with another bottom piece. A short lady with brown hair was trying to help us but there was really nothing matching my moms description so my mom said that she would look on her own and how she did not want to waste the lady's time so it was okay. The lady went back to the front and my mother and I proceeded to walk around the store. About 2 minutes later the lady would then start to complain to her other coworkers about my mom and what she needed and they all started snickering. I luckily overheard them and walked out of the store with my mother angrily and told my mother as she was still looking while I heard them. Not only am I angry but I also hope that the lady who "helped" us gets treated the same way she treated us because that was just rude and unethical. Never going here again even if I was paid to. l

Customer service is beyond terrible. The store has some nice and chic items, but unfortunately the two girls that work over there are very unprofessional and they take away from the store image as a whole. A store without good customer service = TERRIBLE My mother walked in earlier today 08/04/22 and apparently the store was not open yet, so one of the ladies that work there spoke to her very very rudely and yelled at her!! What kind of customer service is that??? She could have politely asked her to leave and come back when the store opens. They have to learn to treat their customers well if they want to stay open during those hard times! Just be kind to people! My mother and I later come in after the store opens and the two people working in there (one of them that treated my mother in a disrespectful manner earlier) was one of them! They do not greet us! They treat us very poorly. One of the girls is asked to go pick a Size from the back for me and she takes FOREVER to grab it. My whole experience in there was a 0/10. Wish I could rate it lower Out of all the Victoria gardens stores they are most definitely the worst store with the worst customer service!

We came into Windsor looking for a dress for my daughter's quince we were going for a non traditional approach and didn't know where to start this beautiful gem De'Ara heard us talking and offered her help immediately she went out of her way to make sure my daughter found her perfect dress she was there through the whole process and every dress when one didn't work she was quick to take comments from my daughter on why she didn't like the current dress and went to find something more suitable she was absolutely amazing and my daughter loves the dress she picked out for her we will definitely be back De'Ara made us promise to come back to show her pictures but we do not mind coming back at all as long as she's there's. Thank you!

I'm not usually one to write reviews, but I just had to rave about De'ara! I was looking for a birthday outfit and didn't know where to start. De'ara went above and beyond to piece together an outfit for me and when something didn't workout she was invested to find me something that catered to my needs. Her excitement when I found the perfect outfit made me feel like I was on cloud nine. Especially because I'm in between sizes and we know how that goes and how frustrating it can be trying to find the perfect fit. She truly is a golden star employee and will be back just to see her. Thank you again!
