When I called to schedule my 10,000 she reserved a car for me just in case, which was very convenient since it was 2 days before Thanksgiving and I had lots to do. Brian was my service advisor who explained everything to me before starting the service. Everything went smoothly, no long wait for my rental and pick up was great as well.
