My husband and I came in to get my mom's ring tuned up (also a Modern Jewelers ring) and I asked if we could look at some loose diamonds "for fun." Sam pulled out a gorgeous elongated cushion that I immediately fell in love with and couldn't stop thinking about! After trying to convince my husband it's an early push present and anniversary gift, Sam set the diamond aside and worked with my husband on a reasonable price. The great thing about Sam is that ultimately he just wants to see his clients happy! Sam took in all of my preferences and created a beautiful custom setting ring. “I've always seen these permanent bracelets all over TikTok and have wanted to get one but never really looked into it but I finally decided to do some research and purchase one. I was looking around and Eleven + Vyn came up and they have great reviews and their appointment system was so convenient and easy that I decided to give them a shot!I am so happy I went with them because from start to finish my experience was fantastic. I made an appointment for a Sunday and was greeted with a little sign that had my name on it and welcomed me to my appointment! Everyone was super helpful and very informative! I had looked online at the different styles but when you get there and actually get to see the bracelets in person your mind might change which style you like. I don't quite remember the name of the one we got, but it started with an L.Once we chose what style, someone helped us out to fit the bracelet to our liking. If we didn't like the fit, the employee was more than happy to fix it and relink to our desired length. The process itself takes like 10-15 minutes and is so easy! I am so happy with it and its so light that I don't realize I even have it on throughout the day. They also said that within 60 days if it breaks we can come back in and they will fix it no charge and after the 60 days I believe it is about $20 to fix so not bad! I also worried that if there is some reason why I would need to take it off what would we do and they reassured me that we can cut the chain that they used to bind it together and we can come back in and they will reattach for us. They were very informative with the care instructions too which was a bonus!Overall if I could give them 6 stars I would! I definitely want to come back for more and ai wouldn't come anywhere else but Eleven + Vyn!”

So when the time came for me to propose to my now fiancée (she said yes! definitely because of the ring) Mark Schneider was the first and only jeweler I considered. I'll be honest and say I was a little nervous about the occasion having never looked for rings before, but the super knowledgeable and friendly staff (Mark included) put all that to rest within seconds of entering the store. That's no exaggeration. Within one minute of arrival, I was sitting in a comfy chair with a complementary craft beer. It was absolutely from start to finish an enjoyable experience.. Really made everything feel even more special and exciting. Truly. Oh yeah and the ring! His style and craftsmanship are extremely cool and elegant. Not only are they affordable, but the piercers are experienced and ensure that your experience is as great and not painful as possible. I recently got a double helix here, and it didn't even hurt.
