You never know how a shop will be just based on reviews, but this place is def lives up to its 5 star rating!! AMAZING service from start to finish!! The secretary in the front was very friendly, attentive and helpful along with everybody else I met at the shop!! They even followed up the next day to make sure my car and everything was good!! & major love to Jessie! he did a great job checking my BMW for its pre-inspection, I even got a 6 page printout summary of everything! I never got anything like that from the dealership! This is def my new mechanic for my BMW and my other cars. I def would recommend this shop to anybody you won't be disappointed!

Took my Mini in with the N14 Timing Chain issue. The due diligence they did before taking my car was great. Really shows how much they care.
They could have easily said we can do that and took my money. Which might have not been the problem in the first place. They're willing to answer you questions whether in person or over text. So far this is the most honest, bang for buck shop in a 25mile radius. They reached out and check in with you after work has been done just to confirm they delivered on the work they did.

There is no one better than MMS. The both times I have come they have been professional, honorable and always look out for me. Each time I called different shops around and they told me they had to make a reservation but MMS let me come right in and told me the issue with my car by end of day. They keep you well informed and even stay on top of your car weeks after the service to ensure it is running smooth. This is my go to shop from here on out.

The people who work here are very nice and felt like they were here to provide the best service they could. I went in because my car squeaks and I knew there was an issue with suspension. I wish I could have went with this shop but I found parts and labor to be pricey. I was quoted $1500 for parts that I ended up finding on eBay (new) for $200. After I let them know I wanted to bring my own parts they said labor would need to be up charged to make a profit (which was still $1000). I would trust this shop to work on my car I just wish the their prices were comparable to the MSRP for parts at other places. Also, I wish they charged labor the same rate regardless of if you choose to get parts with them.

This place is very good in european cars I really trust it ,I had problems with my Vw gti and did a bad mistake for being tricked by low price taking it to wrong mechanic for 4 times and they made really worse,so I decided to bring it here and immediately they new the problem and also the employees are very nice and friendly.thank you ?

Took my 2001 Cobra here for a coolant flush. They were very friendly and professional when I had questions regarding their other services. They offer complimentary inspection with a service being done . They brought up some issues with my vehicle, some of which were known, which was reassuring that it was actually inspected. It's mostly minor issues with the vehicle. They weren't aggressively pushy either, which was nice. It didn't feel like they were trying to "scare" me into getting theses ossues fixed with them. I will most definitely be taking my car back. Overall, I had a good experience and was very communicative with me. I believe the pricing was fair.

I first found this location in May of this year. I had recently purchased a Mini Cooper after my Prius got totalled from an accident. I went to a mechanic before I purchased it and they ran all the tests and told me I didn't have anything to worry about. So I did purchase the car. Three months in, I find out that mechanic was not being honest and my car started having issues like with the drive belt, water pump pulley, oil leaking and several other things. My car stopped on the road but I was able to make it home that night. The next day I called this location, got an appointment within the week and towed my car in. The team was very excellent with their communication. I think I first communicated with Jessie. Since I am a young female and I don't know much about cars and the possible problems, they offered to talk to my mom and my uncle. They found numerous issues and were able to fix them for me in a timely manner. On one occasion before my issues were fixed, I needed a tow truck to take me in, and Jessie accepted my car last minute. I really appreciate their help and will continue to take my car to them in the future!

I found my forever autoshop! I spent several hundreds of dollars at two other shops (one being the dealer) and was dissatisfied with service and pricing. In my hunt to find someone credible, I called MMS and spike with Mark. I was sold by his knowledge to troubleshoot over the phone. He spoke with confidence and experience. I out my car in the hands if him and his capable team and I havent looked back. The shop comes with friendly faces and smiles, education and knowledge, honesty and humility and the best part - EXCELLENCE! They are going to do a great job and you will be satisfied. If for some reason your not and its a correction on their end, well know that they are accountable and will make it right.

I was referred to MMS from a close friend to get a second opinion after my dealer said I needed $10k worth of work for my Mercedes and that everything was “critical”! Not only did MMS give me a free complete inspection of my car but they were able to narrow down the critical item to just 1 item and they also found another issue the dealer did not find to try to overcharge me. I was happy to have my car serviced at MMS and so grateful for their honesty and professionalism.

MMS and the whole team were very considerate for my scheduled appointment and took care of the needs of my 2013 Mini Cooper GP. I would highly recommend them to Friends and Family as they also work on other car brands and all the stuffs that they'll need from basic pms to repairs etc.
