Jill needs to trained on proper customer service, she was rude and short. Never my experience with a Starbucks worker. She definitely needs to be retrained.

fast & easy with order ahead The store has a nice large area for mobile pick up and my drink has always been ready in the appropriate timeframe. Super great to have in Sendero marketplace !

Long wait(s) every time and frequently replace a food item with something of lesser value. I think it should be clear it's quite frustrating when I order a hot sandwich and receive an unprompted pumpkin loaf in its place = you can pretty much be sure I'm not going to be happy.

Quite possibly just bad timing but at 11:30 in the morning not to have two of the iced drinks requested on a hot day like today is not good.

Visiting from out of state and was seriously disappointed. First they got my order wrong. I asked for an triple iced espresso in a grade cup with oat milk and 2 pumps white mocha. They gave me a hot drink instead. Fine I asked them to remake it and it tasted awful. I asked them to just change my drink to a completely different one. The third attempt at getting my drink they gave me tall instead of a grande. By then I was just over it and requested a refund. They bombarded my boyfriend with questions. Two of the of the girls one with blonde maybe a shift manager and the other with black hair were incredibly rude. I wasn't going to say anything but the amount of entitlement and attitude was just too much. Never coming here again.

I am confused. After being informed a couple months ago by an employee, that Starbucks offers free refills. I was pleasantly surprised and took her up on her offer. I have continued to get free refills ever since until today. The employee behind the counter today tried to charge me $.50 for the refill and when I questioned why I was being charged after being given free refills for the last couple days of months. I was informed there is no such policy. Huh? So, either the first employee was incorrect or the second employee was incorrect. Obviously, the $.50 is not the issue. So, can someone at Starbucks please clarify your policy so the next time I'm in a Starbucks I'm not sitting in the front of the line looking embarrassed?

Can get very busy, due to the location. Every once in a while, they get behind on mobile orders, so make time to possibly wait a little longer. Overall friendly staff and good vibes.

On average they take more than 20 minutes past the order ahead deadline. And their staff that makes the drinks is impolite - the cashier baristas are very kind and friendly.

Starbucks are way too slow in the morning. The employees need to understand that many of their customers are people who need to hurry to work. For so many times when I visit a store, the employees are chatting enthusiastically with the customers before me. I usually have to wait for around 20 minutes to get my food/beverage. They should be more efficient and have a clock on their mind. We don't need the chat, just give me my food and let me on my way!
