John is the BEST! He is not only my insurance agent but a trustworthy businessman I know I can depend on and trust. I have been his customer for almost 2 years and I will be a lifelong client of his. Any insurance needs for my autos, life and home owners I will always go to John for these. He's been in business nearly 40 years, proves how knowledgeable he is. I appreciate John's dedicated service and I respect his work!

John has been a trusted insurance agent to us for several years. When Farmer's couldn't provide homeowner's insurance for our cabin in the mountains, John was able to recommend another company and write us a policy. Then this summer the cabin was lost in the Caldor Fire, and John was very helpful in providing advice and counsel on how to proceed with the claim. I trust John to do right for his clients, including my family.

My home recently flooded. This was during heat and health issues. The service I received from Farmers was quick and informative. The recovery was easy and payments were prompt. I have been with Farmers for about 20 years and am so grateful to them for helping me through a a traumatic time. John Taylor is an amazing agent. Thank you.

I requested a quote for an Umbrella Policy for multiple properties I own. He gave me a price in writing and ask me to send him a check for $614. After he deposited the check he told me that in fact the policy only covered SOME of the properties and he would get right back to me on the additional cost. FIVE WEEKS later said it was now going to be almost double. I said "No thank you, please send me back my check." He said "no." After he pro-rated the 5 weeks I received a check for $345. I can afford the $269 loss but if he is willing to cheat someone out of $269 imagine what he could have done if I gave him thousands. Not to be trusted in my opinion.

Not only does he go above and beyond for my family he makes endless efforts to ensure you understand the changes with your insurance... He is local which is nice...Anyone looking for insurance and with an agent who truly cares, no need to look any further... PS- John is not paying me to say these things in my review...
