If there is anything she doesn't know, she will find you the answer. Whatever you're looking for in a house, she will work tirelessly to find it for you. She works hard, many evenings working well into the night for her clients. There is no agent we have worked with that ever took care of us like Karen did. We cannot recommend Karen Hoberg enough.

I don’t understand how anyone can leave a bad review when working with Karen Hoberg, she has helped my family tremendously in relocating to Rancho Murieta. She is a woman of her word, plain and simple. I have worked with her on the purchase of my home, and securing a rental property for my daughter in crazy competitive markets. She comes through on what she says…. and gets the job done. Will not hesitate to continue doing business with her. Thank you for everything Karen!

Wow!!! Karen was amazing! She was able to find us a rental home in record breaking time... She also sold our home and found us a new one. Karen really cares about her clients and is very professional. I would highly recommend her services.

Karen Hoberg found us the perfect house! She patiently showed us homes until we found “the one” for us. She arranged for all the appropriate inspections to give us all the information we needed to make our decision. She patiently guided us through the inevitable paperwork involved in a purchase and made it less tedious. I would highly recommend using Karen Hoberg to purchase or sell a home. She makes things happen!

Unethical. Beware of dealings with her. She certainly knows Rancho Murieta, but she serves as a personal redliner of homes in this community.

This broker mis-managed the sale of our home in a most unprofessional manner. Besides being late, she was manipulative, and we believe deceitful. Prospective buyers told us they were unable to reach her or they were told by her that the home was already under contract, which it was not. We referred several interested persons to her, but she never brought any of them to see the home. When we questioned this, she claimed her phone was not working. She would often break down in tears, telling us how mean other clients were to her - a manipulation to gain sympathy. Karen told us from the start that she knew to whom she would sell our home, even though it was out of their price range. She was also in charge of the sale of that party's home, but in order to make the sale happen within their budget she continually criticized our home in order to force us to lower the price. We resisted. She came out at one point and asked us "what do I have to do to get you to move!" During an Open House we over-heard her telling one couple that the home had issues and she "had a better home for them." Another time a lady came to tour the home and asked us where the "water damage" was! There was no water damage but they insisted they were told by Karen that the home had water damage. How this broker continues to receive such a good rating is beyond us, when we can produce an abundance of neighbors, all of whom are upset with her tactics. The real estate business is complex and there is sometimes a fine line between ethical and unethical conduct in the course of selling homes and of course, these things can be difficult to prove. Putting such an important asset in the hands of someone who may or may not be trustworthy is very risky. We did not have the heart to tear up the contract and fire her on the spot. If we could go back in time, we would find the courage to do exactly that. We still feel traumatized by our experience with her.

Karen Hoberg was an amazing realtor to work with. Within days of us giving her the listing she had people viewing the house. She got a buyer within a week or 2. What really set her apart from other realtors was that she coordinated and took care of any repairs, inspections, etc we needed to sell the house. All we had to do was sign paperwork. She was incredibly knowledgeable and helpful And always responded to calls within minutes or a few hours at the latest. It was obvious that although this is her business, she was not trying to get herself the most money possible. She was trying to get the best deal for us and the buyers. I highly recommend her

Contacted Karen about a year ago to list my land for sale, it was right before the pandemic lockdown so there were not many interests at that time, however, Karen did a great marketing and continued to market the land and finally, we got it done and sold at FULL asking price. Karen is a true professional and more. the whole processes were easy and smooth, answered all my questions, and then some. If I ever dealing another property in that area, she will be my go-to professional.

RM Homes and Land is one of the longest standing real estate agencies in Murieta- that I know of... and i lived there for 25 years. They're extremely knowledgeable about the area, helpful, and residents... the picture, however, is of the post office... lol...Homes and Land to the right of that!

Karen Holberg went above and beyond to help us find a house. She is very personable and thorough. She does not give up on you if you look at one or a hundred homes. I recommend her highly.
