“Went to have my battery checked . Sam was super great and so sweet. He checked and I had bad battery , he looked up my make and model and got me a new one squared away no problem. He even installed it for me no problems . Almost made it home and all my lights turned on, on my dash, power steering didn't work, breaks didn't work , lane assist... all the lights . So I got home and looked at my car manual with no luck on how to turn them off or how to reset it. Called Honda who said oh well bring it in and we will diagnostic test it and tell you what's wrong..... ya $175 for diagnostic my car after I just got a battery .... No thanks. Called the store to speak to Sam who took his time to look up for me how to do a hard restart which with google I could have done too instead of bothering poor Sam. he gave me some directions and then continued to stay on the phone with me while I followed his directions just if I had more issues so he can help me troubleshoot . Worked perfectly , I'm so very glad he was so nice and willing to help me and took time out of his work day when he literally could have said I donno maybe take it to Honda. I will continue to come here just because of the service Sam gave me he truly went above and beyond. Thank you so much Sam!”
“Fix Auto Redondo Beach did an excellent job repairing the body damage on my Tesla. They took great measure to make sure the job was done correctly and efficiently - probably faster than having Tesla make the repairs too. I hope I never have to return but I absolutely would if needed.”

When I called to schedule my 10,000 she reserved a car for me just in case, which was very convenient since it was 2 days before Thanksgiving and I had lots to do. Brian was my service advisor who explained everything to me before starting the service. Everything went smoothly, no long wait for my rental and pick up was great as well. Overall an excellent experience.”

“Customer service and the quality of work were excellent. My car looked great. I was beyond pleased with their work. Initially, this was going to be an out of pocket service, so I received multiple quotes to repair my car. Perfection Auto Collision was the cheapest by far. Other places were going to charge double. In the end, I went through the insurance company, which was terrible, but throughout the process, Arnold would keep me updated on the status of my car and where in the process the insurance company was at. Arnold and his assistant were very friendly and knowledgeable. They even took the time to assist with information that could not be completed at their shop. I would highly recommend this shop to anyone who needs any type of auto body repair.”

“Shout out to my guys Louie and James. I was down the street trying to jumpstart my wife’s car and needed new cables. I drove over around 7:30pm and they were really helpful with me finding the cables. I asked if they can look at my wife’s care and see if the batterie is ok. Even though it was 8pm and the store closes at 9 they were really helpful relatable and showed me great customer service! They replaced my wife’s car batterie seamlessly and was able to answer all my question. Also that are just all around good dudes. Thank you guys!”
