“This Auto Zone is the best! I needed a battery and decided to skip the dealer and instead see if Auto Zone could install. I have a Mercedes and the battery is a little difficult to access. I spoke to Myles over the phone, who advised me to leave my car running when I came in, so he could make sure he could actually install the battery in my car. He was able to remove my old battery and install the new one in less than 15 minutes. He also explained my options and gave me a great deal. This location also has lots of parking and is usually not very busy. I will be coming here again.”

When I called to schedule my 10,000 she reserved a car for me just in case, which was very convenient since it was 2 days before Thanksgiving and I had lots to do. “I just want to come on here and say this is the best customer service I have had in my life. I contacted voxx products regarding two missing rim caps I needed. Not thinking much would happen because I was told from multiple rim shops that they had no idea what rims I had. I couldn’t find any replacement caps in person, but also, I had no idea what rims I had on my truck since it is used. So I did some research and eventually came across their website. I got a reply back within 5 minutes with information on the rims I had and the caps I needed, Jorge V helped me out to the best of his ability and I am more then satisfied with how he helped me. Not only did he help me out with my order but he got me 4 free caps leaving me with spending nothing since the rims I have on my truck have been discontinued for a long time now. I wish there was more I could do to show this family owned business recognition on how amazing they are.
