“David was great he was able to get my Rotiform wheels in 5 days when nobody else could and at a reasonable price. He was also able to get the tires in 2 days and he helped me with the online rebate. I dropped the car off at 11:45am and he was done with everything by 2pm. He made sure that I had TPMS sensors on my new wheels and confirmed that my old lug bolts would work as well as confirming that the wheels came with hub rings. He is very knowledgeable and takes care of you.”

“Had an absolutely great experience here. My car brakes were making noise so I assumed the brakes needed to be changed. After calling multiple places and going to 2 other spots, everyone told me I needed brakes and rotors changed and for a pretty steep price. Called here and the price was fair but we're also available at the moment (everyone else was scheduled for another time). I came in and explained what I was hearing and he explained it may not be the actual brake pads, but the rotors. I asked if he could check and said absolutely. Sure enough, he told me my brake pads were still almost new and it was definitely my rotors and he could resurface them for me. He also said I'm not going to take money for something you don't need.I told him I really appreciated his honesty. Less than an hour later, I'm all done and sure enough the noise is gone and brakes actually feel way better than when I purchased the car. I wholeheartedly appreciate honesty, making time to fit someone in, and all around being a great business. Thank you Barney, your shop earned a new customer today!”

They explained in detail what my vehicle needed in order to extend and keep my vehicle running at its highest proficiency. There was no pressure and they included the current promotional discounts. Most places wouldn’t even inform the customer. My car is running smoother and it was noticiable the minute I drove off.”

“I brought my car there for checking the brakes and rotors! I have been recommender to change both brake pads and rotors for both rear and front. The brake and rotor check costs around 35 bucks which gets waived if you have it replaced there! The rotors and pad parts costed me 500 bucks and the labor costed 360 bucks. The staff were friendly and they did a good job and told me to bring the car back if there was any issue. My only concern was the labor and part costs which seemed a little bit higher than I expected! You can check if it worth it or not!”

I have a 66 mustang, went in to get my timing adjusted and carb tuned.He got it running and sounding good. Knows a lot about classic cars. “Been to this location a few times and they are very efficient. Never had a problem with Valvoline. They go over and beyond to make sure they are thorough. The staff here are very friendly and informative, just like in Hermosa Beach. Whatever location you go to they can pull up your VIN up in their system and see the vehicle history so you don't have to keep up with it. Love how easy it is and that I don't have to sit in a waiting room. So convenient. They also check other fluids, wipers, lights, turn signals, and tire pressure. Also, they don't try to sell you stuff you don't need. Not only great service but genuine interaction from workers as well. Good, genuine customer service is hard to find these days. I always leave out of the Valvoline stalls feeling like they value me as a customer.”

“Rented a Uhaul truck from here. I originally planned on renting on a Saturday morning but decided last minute to rent Friday morning instead. This place was the only location that had my truck size available and I placed the reservation to pick up 30 minutes later. Pick up was smooth and easy. Even while helping another customer, the gentleman at the desk was able to acknowledge our presence. Parking was a bit tough but not enough to deduct stars. Drop off went smooth too and overall great service.”

They are always up front with their pricing. I like that I can use my American Tire Depot credit card and pay it in payments. Super helpful. I would recommend!”
