I ordered an arrangement for a friends birthday on May 10th, my friend never received the delivery but I got a message saying it was delivered. I have been trying to get a hold of someone at this location since then. I've sent emails, worked through their customer service portal, tried their phone system (which is really just a loop) - no response from the location. I paid money for something that wasn't received. Not okay.

If I could give zero stars, I would, placed an order for a Mother’s Day delivery for my grandma never received it on Mother’s Day at all, and the store closed. Was calling the next day in the morning, right when the store opened, and no one was answering the phone, I even reached out to the customer care center and no one was answering the phone at the call center either. Would definitely not recommend this location at all, never received any service at all.

Very bad experience-- I had to go to the store myself to pick up the order for Mother's Day because by 7pm still not delivered. We planned to have these together as a family for dessert. Owner Hashim was not helpful and more concerned about how I got his phone number from his employees then actually solving the problem. He said they have until 9p to deliver on Mothers Day. Imagine by then Mom has already thought that her special day was forgotten. The foil balloon was missing from my order because they ran out and I am still waiting for a credit . They dont answer their phone calls at all necessitating me having to drive 20 minutes with my own mother to pick up her mothers day gift. One of the orders was incorrect and the birthday box did not have assorted fruit. Overall HORRIBLE. Do NOT Count on this location for a special occasion!

This Location SUCKS!!!!!!!!!I ordered an arrangement online for Mother's Day and it was never delivered. Whenever I call the store they never answer just an automated answering machine asking me to put my order number in over and over again every 2 minutes. Corporate was a joke all they did was send a message to the store saying that a manger would call me in 24-48 hours which never happened. My mom got a message 2 days after mothers day saying they were delivering the arrangement! What a joke! I requested my money back from paypal! This location should be shut down! Many bad bad reviews! Dont waste your time with these clowns!! I wish I could give negative stars!!

Extremely terrible service. I ordered a gift during the mother's day promotion of no delivery fee on May 10th. Everything was good until after checking out. The whole time the fee was waived and then after I checked out, the fee was added and I was charged $10 extra. Then I canceled my order and got an automated email saying someone will call me within 48 hours. Of course no one called and the order was delivered on Monday the 15th (one day later than the delivery date on the order). I've called multiple times and no one answers the phone. After 20 minutes of holding, the call drops each time. This experience has been extremely frustrating and I would at least like to be refunded the delivery fee. I'm never going to order from this company again.

The worst experience ever. Ordered a mother's day bundle. Which included balloons, fruit tray, and flowers. Received partial chocolate covered strawberries, Emoji Baloons and NO FLOWERS. Now their avoiding every call I make, left multiple voice messages. Still no response, NEVER again

* WORST PLACE EVER DONT GIVE THEM YOUR MONEY YOU WONT BE ABLE TO REACH ANYONE FOR YOUR MONEY BACK* if anybody wants to join my lawsuit hmu.This place has terrible reviews for a reason plz dont order for them unless you want to waste your money. They don't answer their phone and don't deliver on time literally days later.

On Mother's Day I ordered a platter of dip strawberries and flowers for my wife and it was to be delivered on May 14th , I waited until 9:30 pm so I canceled the order online not even a call from edibles came in. On May 15 th at 9:05 pm a lady came to deliver, I told her that a I had canceled the order , that I needed for Mother's Day not for Father's Day. So she was park there for a while in the phone. Then I got a text that said unable to deliver. On May 16th a gentleman come up to my gate again to deliver at 5:05 pm, I told him the same thing as I told the lady the previous night . I trying to call the business but the phone kept hanging up on me . On May 17 th I was forced to go to edibles after work to speak to someone, when I got there I ask for a manager and there was no managers there but I manage to speak to a really nice young lady and she apologized for not delivering the product and for the phone not working. She took my information and said by Sunday the lates I should get my refund if not my bank will handle the fraud form. The worst thing was that I had to tell my wife that her Mother's Day gift didn't come and my special needs daughter was very hurt for failing to give her mom some fruit. BTW THIS IS THE SECOND TI IT HAPPENED, but it'll be the last.

If I could give ZERO stars I would. I ordered an arrangement literally one week before Mother's Day hoping to be on top of the list for the big day. Around 5pm I thought let me call and see the status of my order. Rancho Palos Verdes has their phone rigged so you NEVER get a live person. You follow all the prompts to put in your order # and then the whole message just recycles over and over again. I called 8 times and even left a voicemail. I had to call another store to get the corporate number the following day. Corporate couldn't get ahold of anyone either and promised someone would contact me in 24 hours. I requested a partial refund AND a redelivery as my Mother-in-law never got anything from me on Mother's Day. I was not going to cancel my order! I had a strong suspicion they were hoping I would. I never got a call back so the following day, now 48 hours after the big day I call corporate back and another gentleman tried calling the store and still nothing. The arrangement was delivered HOWEVER , 2 days late. The guy from corporate said I would have to contact the store for a refund and that they couldn't do anything blah blah blah and that I still got my arrangement. I went off in the nicest possible way. I'm supposed to just forget that my order was delivered two days late? No partial refund, no coupons, no nothing? He said he could get me coupons and put me on hold. When he came back he said he was able to give me a FULL refund. Justice WAS served! Haaa! Ranch Palos Verdes this whole Edible Arrangement store thing isn't for you. The bad reviews and nasty pictures prove it. Find something else to do because fruit and customer service is NOT your forte. So glad with all the hassle and headache my order was FREEEEEEEE! Ha! Ha!!

Probably should have checked the Yelp reviews for this location before submitting my order, a lot of complaints about moldy fruit and missed/late deliveries. Contacting my bank later today, corporate should just shut this location down.
