“Scott provided excellent service. Mom passed recently. From the time he answered my email to the day my mom was buried he's been there. Even now, since me and my sis still can't decide on which flat headstone to choose. Scott still answers to his emails for any questions we have. He's genuinely legit. Most of our family rest in Green Hills. This is the first time me and my sis had to deal with them since it was our mom. Scott Stelzer, thank you for your assistance, appreciate all of it.”

“Immediately after the passing of my stepfather, we needed to locate a cremation service.Subsequently, I called at least 5 different companies, including 2 that have name's associated with the sea (you can figure it out).I could not believe that during my initial calls, that only two of the businesses seemed compassionate and offered condolences for our loss. I know it seems silly, but what terrible business practice not to be compassionate during one of the most difficult times for a family.Well one of the only two businesses to offer not only compassion, but exemplified the meaning of compassion and professionalism was LA Cremation.I initially called on a Sunday morning. Within a few minutes, my call was returned and we were immediately greeted with their condolences and a complete rundown of their services. This was all delivered compassionately without feeling like a sales pitch. The representative then set up a telephone conference for the following morning with the counselor that would be working directly with us.The following morning, I received a call from Daisy, who was amazing. She was incredibly kind, thoughtful, compassionate and extremely professional.Daisy provided incredible concierge service and assisted us in every step of the way. She consistently remained in contact with us throughout the entire process and provided up with updates.Lastly, the cost with LA Cremation was less than half of what was quoted to me by the cremation company that rhymes with "autotune."Overall, I cannot express how pleased we have been with LA Cremation and Daisy. Thank you Daisy for helping us though this difficult time.”

“Let me tell you something! Morgan's is the finest Design and Printing service I have EVER done business with. She did my Mom's obituaries 14 years ago and now my God Mother's obituary. And she does an OUTSTANDING service. She's so down to earth, cool, friendly, fast and efficient. She makes sure the grammar and spelling is correct on your verbiage. She knows how to place each and every picture on the program. She knows what color scheme to use as well. If you give her a color and an idea of the decease, she will take it from there and return to you a beautiful and most eloquent program. I love me some Maria, she is the best. They are definitely 5 star business. She is so patient and provides top notch service. Thank you so much Maria. You are the BEST! :) I recommend any and everyone, my family, friends and co-workers, "go to Morgan's, she's the best!". She makes sure your programs are delivered to the service in a timely manner, and a free set of matching Thank you Cards, that are so cute and convenient. She even makes sure you have extra programs left in your limo, just in case you need extra programs for those you may have forgotten. She does not leave 1 stone un-turned in her business. Check her out, tell i sent ya! <3”

“Would 100% recommend this funeral home to everybody. From the beginning to the end, The entire experience was pleasant. When first calling we made contact with Micaela, who was one of the counselors at the Hawthorne location. We notified her of our family member who passed and inquired about the following steps. She kindly made an appointment for us to go visit the location.Very easy to get to, parking availableWe were greeted by the very kind, Micaela who we had spoken to earlier. She sat us down and explained the whole process from picking up the Body at the hospital morgue to day of services. She gave us a tour of the facility. Very clean, large chapel, big cafeteria. Spacious parking lot.Went over fees and all services available. From grooming, coffin, to flowers and transportation. Once all the choices were selected, we were instructed to head to our chosen cemetery and give them the contact info once we were assigned a counsel at the cemetery. Once the cemetery and funeral home communicated with each other, we were then given our confirmed date for services. The day I took the clothing for the deceased, I was greeted by Genecis and she logged in the items I brought in and had me sign. She also was very helpful and answered all my questions for the day of the services including how early could I bring in flowers and what we could and couldn't do. The day before the service I was called and was instructed that I could bring in the flowers a few hours before the service as well as any food and beverages that we were going to be serving. The day of the service we were able to set up an hour before and make sure everything was okay and to our liking. We were able to set up in the cafeteria, there was a refrigerator and a large coffee maker available. We had also given them a USB flash drive with pictures that would be displayed on the TV in the chapel.I was instructed that my immediate family would be able to see the body 30 minutes prior to the scheduled viewing. The gentleman by the name of Gerardo was the one who drove our deceased family member in the Hearst. Gerardo was a very pleasant professional person who made our experience as pleasant as it could be.We had our service from 5:00 to 9:00, after the service was done we were able to view the body one last time and given time to clean up but was also given the option to do it the next day. We were gifted a guest book and a printed picture of our family member with his information included. They explain that all the flowers at the service would be transported to the cemetery for the burial service. Which they were. The following day we were having a viewing and final service prior to a escorted motorcade to the cemetery. Gerardo explain the whole process and had myself and my sister's vehicle follow him directly and rest of the procession would follow us. We were escorted to our cemetery and taken to final resting location for our deceased. Gerardo then got myself and my other family members helping carry the deceased casket over to the location. We had our ceremony, and Gerardo helped make that as pleasant as it could be.This whole process can definitely be overwhelming but overall it was a good experience and I would definitely recommend this funeral home to any friend or family member.”
