He’s funny, friendly and very informative about the products and cater to our needs.UPDATE: haven’t received our mattress yet. Three calls later, turns out that their system had a glitch when we ordered and sold us an adapt Pro version 2 that is not even available. We wouldn’t know if we didn’t call 3 times. We are now sleeping on our couch for how long who knows!Even though the team was great, the overall experience is not going smoothly as we’d hoped.UPDATE: They apologized for the delay and componsated us with a free set of sheets. I feel taken care of. Mistakes can happen, they did their best.”

“Everything was going smoothly. The customer service and prices were good. The trouble started when it was time to deliver. The day before delivery, they call me and say that the delivery is going to be 1 week late! I am worried if it will even be delivered in a week. Update: Jackson called me and apologized the delay. He was really sincere and understood. He even gave me a refund on the delivery as an apology. The refund did come a few days after the mattress was delivered. 1 week later, the mattress and base was delivered on time. The delivery people were very friendly and knew what they were doing. They came on time and had it completed in about 20mins.Overall, a little bumpy but the great customer service and the price is the reason you want to go here. At least try coming here first!”

He answered my questions, led me to the products I was interested in and gave me my space to decide. I purchased a washer, dryer and dishwasher. The payment and delivery schedule was seamless. The delivery and set up was performed by two different knowledgeable pairs of technicians. They contacted me via text and phone for delivery confirmation and arrived at the scheduled times. “I cannot thank store manager Rafael enough for helping me purchase something that in one week's time has already helped change my life and get me on the right track to heal my injuries.I strolled in within the last hour of the store being open and he was welcoming and kind- he listened intently to what I was going through pain wise and what my diagnoses were (ensuring he would not contraindicate any of my dr's suggestions and could guide me in the right direction as I was looking for a chair to actually be comfortable in and alleviate my compressed spine). We tried two models that he suggested (spent over 30 minutes together) and I landed on "the perfect chair" which came in a size just right for me as I am a petite woman. The chair is not only beautiful, but it allows me to have a safe place to rest and relax as I recover. I kept finding myself "set back" in my healing journey because all of my furniture is incredibly unsupportive.Getting the right furniture is imperative to healing - I am convinced of this. I met another manager (Guy) when I came back in to make the purchase and he was also incredibly helpful and straightforward. They did not try to push me to buy anything, they just remained supportive. Delivery was awesome and quick setup by their delivery team! Fantastic team here at relax the back.”

“I originally fell in love with a Beautiful Bed Company bed a few years ago, but was reticent about spending so much money on a piece of furniture. By happenstance, I found a dupe on Overstock that was like 1/10th the cost. Lemme tell you: that bed ended up being a total piece of crap and gave me and my husband so much headache. Cheaply made, ready to fall apart at the drop of a hat...not what you want in a bed. You spend a third of your life on this piece of furniture, so, when my husband finally told me he was going to burn the crap bed, I decided to return to Beautiful Bed for the real deal. Let me tell you that I do not regret it one bit! From start to finish, the process was phenomenal. Great customer service, bed arrived earlier than promised, and quality was BEYOND expectations! Honestly, I will never buy a cheap bed again. My Beautiful Bed is gorgeous as hell and makes me happy every time I walk into the room. Just a game changer. You will not regret the investment.”

“I stopped by this store a few days ago and purhased beds for my twin girls. They grew out of their little Jr. beds and it was time for real beds. As a parent, I would reccommend not going the Jr. bed route and just go straight to a twin bed. Use a bed rail and bypass the Jr. bed altogether. It's just another thing to store in the garage and have to sell in a yardsale. We finallylearned and purchased a regular twin for our 3rd child.Kristin, a blonde gal was the one that assisted me. She was very knowledgeable about the different beds and made this a painless experiences.
