“This one of the greatest 7 Eleven stores I have been to in my travels. There are two employees here, Adrian and another whose name I forgot have always been very professional and courteous. Great selection of products. MOST IMPORTANT... Thank the Lord God above for the employees and management here to continue to keep and maintain two public restrooms open. I am not kidding. Everybody knows how difficult it is to find a public restroom anywhere in Los Angeles and surrounding areas. Thank you to all yhe staff at 7 Eleven Rancho Palos Verdes.”

“I went there with my mother-in-law and my wife looking for a lot of new appliances. We ended up getting a washer dryer, microwave stove refrigerator and I must tell you that management was top-notch. Everything was really, really professional. I enjoyed the experience and I would definitely go back. And have a large selection and again very helpful. The one thing that really, really made me feel comfortable was they took their time.
No rush at all on colors selection, I really like that. It was kind of like a lay back atnow we're just waiting for appliances to get here once they get here, I will snap photos of everything we got in our new kitchen so everyone could see the top quality appliances.We got at hearts.I would definitely go back again”
“Dan is truly an awesome asset to T-Mobile. He gives excellent customer service and he doesn't waste any time. Dan is ultra knowledgeable and helpful. I've had the pleasure 3 times of being helped by him when I had problems with my phone and also when I upgraded my phone. He patiently explained everything to me and showed me what I needed to do. This man should be a regional manager or above. I tell anyone who mentions they need to go into to T-Mobile for something to ask for Dan. It's always a pleasant and fruitful experience with him.”

“Bob and his team are very knowledgeable about car alarms and sound systems. I had the pleasure of having them install an alarm in my car, and they did a thorough job. They went above and beyond to accommodate the needs of my older vehicle and even stayed overtime to complete the installation, which shows their dedication to their craft. I would return to them anytime for my security system or surround sound needs, and their prices are quite reasonable as well.”

“Cricket is a nice alternative to MetroPCS. Ever since T-Mobile took over metro the service has dramatically declined. T-Mobile does not back Metro at all. Cricket is an AT&T company service cell service is the same. But customer service is better.”

“I walked in to get some details on my bill and I was greeted with a huge, “WELCOME!” There were about 6 staff members in store and they all said it together on course. It was one of the best grand entrances filled with the warmest welcomes I have ever experienced at a T-Mobile or any cellphone store. I was assisted right away and when the next person walked in they all said, “Welcome!” And went back to what they were doing. But this is the customer service that’s been missing for years. Who ever is behind this type of energy KUDOS! I don’t know if it’s a corporate initiative, area/district manager initiative or store manager decision but keep it up and promote whoever is behind this! Even the lady who helped me I didn’t get her name I think she may have had reddish hair but she was so nice and answered all my questions. Fantastic job T-Mobile -Torrance (Crenshaw/Artesia), you guys are rocking the customer experience. More companies need this type of lead by example customer service culture. You guys delivered on first class service. Great work and well done.”

Went to the location off PCH and Normandie and were not open when the regular hours of operation are posted on their store front door.
Store is clean and has a much more appealing showroom of their cell phones than a few other locations.

The first time I came in to buy a phone for my business, he made the entire process smooth and stress-free. Later, I returned for some technical advice. Even though the wait in the queue was long, Robbie helped me quickly and went above and beyond by showing me additional tips and features on my phone that I didn’t even know about.
At one point, I mentioned that if I couldn’t get something resolved, I might check with other stores. Well, I did — and honestly, none of the other agents were as knowledgeable or as helpful as Robbie. That’s when I realized how exceptional he really is.
So I went back to him for help unlocking my old used Verizon phone. Without hesitation, and with a genuinely welcoming attitude, he helped me far beyond my expectations. What impressed me most? He never once asked for a review like some others do. His service was simply authentic and professional.
I made sure to remember his name because I knew one day I’d want to publicly recognize his expertise and attitude in the T-Mobile industry.

“Target is a national chain of department stores that carry whatever you may want. Some also have grocery areas.
This target stands out because it is just so clean and organized. You can find what you want, be it toys or clothes--we got a pool for our dog to play in. We walked in and asked where it was and she knew exactly where they were.
The customer service is just wonderful here. They have enough employees to help you and they are always friendly.
It is nice inside and out. And the prices are great.

“I decided to upgrade my iPhone before my vacation. There were two employees in the store and they were both helping people. I waited about 20 minutes and then I was helped by Josh. He was patient, very knowledgeable and super kind. I'm not very techie, so I appreciated the patience. He explained to me the 5G internet that T-Mobile now has and I definitely am considering adding that to my plan. Each customer interaction can take a very long time, so don't go there if you're in a rush.”
