At all times whether it's busy lunch hour or not, there are only two employees making sandwiches. I ordered a sandwich on the mobile A00 at 11:30 am. App said it would be ready at 12 pm. I arrive at 12:15, the sandwich is not made. They start making it AFTER you arrive even though it's already paid for. This same scenario has happened twice now. They don't make sandwiches until you arrive. Ridiculous to even order on the app.

ONLINE ORDERS are NEVER READY!!!It does not matter what time of day or night you place an online order here, they will never have it ready and waiting on the rack. This is not a problem at any other Subway or Jersey Mike's in the South Bay that I've been a customer at.

As in most food chains, all Subways seem similar to me in so far as the quality of options, ingredients, etc. So it's the service that differentiates one from another. Had three young guys working at this one when I visited Sunday for lunch. Just the nicest, most attentive, carefully orchestrated group at a fast food chain that I have come across in a while. Don't know if it's the training or how they were raised, but I wish I had them working at my organization. Plus the ocean view from their patio area is an amazing plus. Who knew I could have a great time at a Subway?!?!?

My son just bought a foot long sub tonight for his dinner to-go , he got home unwrapped the sub and this is what he found. A very moldy bread !! Disgusting! I’m bring it back tomorrow for a refund and to talk to the owner/manager.

My son bought a footling sub to-go and when he got home and started to eat, he found a very moldy bread !!!! Disgusting !! 12/08/22Eat fresh? This is not fresh, the employee even said they bake their bread everyday. Im returning it tomorrow. Tried calling about 7:30 pm but know one's picking up the phone. Server 655 is on my receipt who served the sandwich. This bread looks like it was intentionally served - green mold and white mold all over the underside - this could give you food poisoning.***I visited the store this Fri morning and spoke with Mgr. Estrella , explained what had happen and she apologized and gave us full refund for the Sub for yesterday's incident. She will speak with the employee. Thankful my son did not get sick, and hopefully the "Franchise Owner " takes this seriously, take the food cost loss instead of jeopardizing a customers health. If its an employee issue remove the employee immediately. Gave Two more stars because Estrella did everything she could to remediate the problem in a "very professional mannerism:)" Thank you Estrella
