I am disappointed it’s this branch, I’ve cash several of checks on other US bank around San Diego county and no issues with the service but I felt not treated well they said the amount I had on my check this bank does not cash that amount which it’s not true. I have cash a more that what I have that day on the check. I felt because of my heritage I was not treat like other customer

Chase, Citi, American Express, Barclays, Discover, Synchromy... ugh... Ally, Goldman, Vanguard, Fidelity... I'd rather have to deal with customer service at ANY other institution because it's not utterly TERRIBLE. If I need something from US Bank I first consider just not. The Comcast of financial institutions... I was hoping to avoid time on the phone with customer service by dropping by my local branch. No such luck. It was like a bad joke. After explaining my situation, the bank rep started at me blankly and asked if I'd called customer service. No. I'm a customer who has come into the branch *for* customer service. Just... save yourself the frustration and do business with anyone else.

Manager Susan is so professional, knowledgable and kind that I immediately knew I had picked the right bank when I moved to Rancho Santa Fe from Florida. The staff always know me by name. I love the fact that they have Safe Deposit Boxes in this branch. Full service in a convenient branch.

I had a great experience this evening! They helped me after 5:30 p.m. on a Friday, working with their insurance department to get a check authorized. They were friendly, helpful, and patient while my baby squawked and my toddler acted like a 2 year old . I feel horrible that I forget her name (Jennie maybe?) even helped me walk my toddler out to my car in the dark parking lot while I carried my baby. I haven't had a customer service like that in a long time! It might just be time to leave Bank of America for my primary checking and savings...

I just closed a home refi with Kevin Serafini and his team Nate. What a great experience. Everything went so smoothly, even though I live in Orange County. I would highly recommend Kevin and US Bank for a refi or home loan!

So after driving around to several locations US Bank is listed as being available (even though the Haggen stores they used to be inside have taken down their listings in those locations), I finally found this one.

So after driving around to several locations US Bank is listed as being available (even though the Haggen stores they used to be inside have taken down their listings in those locations), I finally found this one. With no signage or greeter of any kind, upon approaching a desk with a teller and no client with them, I was told with a bark of a voice, to wait my turn.... Okay. So I take a seat and then two people walking in were helped before me. They did the bank things in required time and accuracy... But I've never felt like a punished dog at a bank before. My tip? Sit in one of the chairs within eye vision, and wait for one of the librarians to call on you
